I went in bed 13 and when I got in it 2 face bulbs were burned out. I was then switched to another bed which I believe was bed 11 and 2 of bulbs in that face tanner were also burned out. I just stayed in that bed and finished my session and told them after my session. I don’t recommend this facility. The owner is great but I like quality and they didn’t make any concession due to this. I won’t be back. Their beds are old and need updating.. I’ve had a great experience at Chicago tan and I love their beds!
