I noticed there were some bad reviews, but they’re all from before she bought it and about the previous owners. She was very patient and knowledgeable as I searched for the perfect shade and style. Second time getting a pedicure and so unhappy. I got a pedicure in 10 minutes .. I thought they were suppose to be longer. And have more done. They massaged my feel for like 1 minute . So disappointed I can see why they are not busy

Got my nails done on a Thursday for a wedding in New York on sat. Got to New York on fri had to find another salon in area to fix a peeling nail next day another two nails are peeling and not to mention I had to pay an extra 20 dollars for gel so for 70$ regular polish on toes and gel on nails I’d say it is a RIP off and they kept trying to argue for me to pay 20 extra for gel I paid but their brochure said 5 dollars more so they make up there own prices and are terrible I will never go back. Do not recommend for anyone worst place ever the water was even cold for the pedicure.

I went in for a gel manicure and a woman started to remove my previous gel and was doing a really good job. But then a woman came in for a pedicure and she went to give her the pedicure and had a man polish me. That’s where it went downhill. He was soooo sloppy. Seemed like he was trying to make them look bad and the entire time i kept asking him to fix my nails and he just kept saying after second coat. Well second coat came and then top coat and it was terrible. And when he finished i pointed out that there was polish all over my fingers and all he said was “well what u want me to do”. Also he smelled like alcohol and was so rude when i told him they were bad. I asked him to remove all of the polish and he got super angry and had is wife do it. Long story short i will never be returning.
