I go here all of the time to get my nails done. One of my nails broke and I am not quite ready for a fill-in. The tech fixed my nail, polished it and it was a mess. I have spent $100’s of dollars in this salon and she wouldn’t even paint my other nails to match the refreshed look of the repaired nail unless I gave her $25. I might as well have gotten my nails done for that price and the cost of the repair. Not to mention the shape of my nail and length. This place is overrated and hosts poor quality in their work and poor business skills in that they would treat repeat customers this way. I will NEVER go back there again! My neighbor, who is a black woman, does excellent nails as I’ve just learned and will be going to see her from now on. I would rather support someone who sees me as a client, not just a customer.

$45 for a pedicure is outrageous!! My toes look a mess!! I went to Luxury Nails in White Marsh for $25! They will continue to overcharge you for NOTHING! They are overrated. Not worth the money at all!! I will never go back to them again!! My toes do not look like $45!

When you get a pedicure it’s supposed to be relaxing it was not at all…not done properly, the nail trimmers, cuticle remover was not in a sanitized bag I sure hope I don’t get an infectionWhile I was getting my pedicure which I feel $45.00 was over priced since no massage didn’t do all the procedures they should have done like I’m used to getting done and feeling refreshed and relaxed I was so tense and scared …While my awful pedicure was getting done… another person was doing my nails full set acrylic gel they are thick, not done how I wanted them which is rounded they are square, so thick, sticking to my skin, she got nail polish on my skin and used her dirty nail ewww to scrape off and that hurt she said no worries feel better soon…. REALLY the WORST PLACE EVER!The name fits for them to EX Nails never go there unless you want poor service, nails awful I cried my fingers hurt so bad!!! I give it no stars not even a half star… not I have to get them fixed somewhere else pay more…I will not go back there ever!!!!!!!!!!!! They told.me 30 minutes for a fill, and people came in after me, for a pedicure and I know the several of the technicians doing pedicures do fill in as they have done mine before. I left after an hour wait.

I normally go here to get my lashes done. I like calling ahead to get an appointment first because this place is usually busy. When i make appointments, i wait maybe 5 minutes before being take back to the room. There are 2 woman that do them and not just one, like i use to encounter. They both take their time to add them nicely and neither are rough about it. The only critique that i have is i wish the room was more updated and nicer to match the front of the salon, but hey….this isn’t a spa… so what can one really expect, especially in an Edgewood shopping center. Other than this, I love this place! Been going here for years. $30/$35 for lashes.

I usually don’t go to the nail salons by where I live at but i said I wanted to try something different.. the nail techs are nice but they are not good at what they do. I got a gel full set & there is nail polish all around my fingers & it’s looks a mess!! & I specifically asked the guy to NOT get nail polish around my finger & he just brushed my comment off like he knew what he was doing, my nails look terrible, it at least not at all what I wanted. I will never be going here again I am very disappointed I feel like it was a waste of my money.

Been going to their establishment for at least 7-8 years. Always greeted, spoken to kindly, attentive by the owners and staff. Owners very professional and courteous. Staff attentive, accommodating, very talented, detail oriented in their work. Always clean, safe, spacious, multitasking environment. It has everything. Unisex inviting as well. I have seen staff and shop grow over the years.
