Critical: Professionalism, QualityWe had 5 appointments scheduled. They were under staffed. We paid a deposit, they scolded us at the door for being late, the woman supposed to be doing my nails during my appointment time did someone else’s Pedi and Mani while I sat and waited. Then I told my niece I was not impressed. They are very impersonal, rough and just straight up rude. The woman doing my nieces nails stated if your aunt doesn’t like it here and isn’t impressed she can go somewhere else. It’s not our fault your late. It not my fault they refused to finish my nails because I said I was not impressed. This is how they sent me out. All because I said I was not impressed with their serviceThey did not wash their hands after doing a pedicure then did a manicure. There is no trash can outside to dispose of the trash they left on my fingers. They said I was rude for leaving it there. Where was I supposed to leave it after they started soaking my nails off then refused to finish my nails. Because they are under staffed and over booked. Because 3 of the 5 didn’t show they took it out on me and one of those 3 isn’t scheduled until 5. They wore no gloves and were unprofessional at the start. We had 5 appointments scheduled. They were under staffed. We paid a deposit, they scolded us at the door for being late, the woman supposed to be doing my nails during my appointment time did someone else’s Pedi and Mani while I sat and waited. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday was my first (and second) ever visit at E-Spa Nail Salon. My daughter and I both wanted a full set of acrylic nails and they only had open appointments for 1pm and 6:30pm, which wasn’t a problem for us and we were more than happy to book the them for ourselves. My daughter was the 1pm appointment and we got there 10 min early. They greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and she was in the chair 5 minutes later. My experience at my 6:30 appointment was very much the same. They were friendly, personable, kind, and very professional. They were able to do exactly what we requested and we both left very satisfied and as new permanent clients, with gorgeous nails. Today was my first (and second) ever visit at E-Spa Nail Salon. My daughter and I both wanted a full set of acrylic nails and they only had open appointments for 1pm and 6:30pm, which wasn’t a problem for us and we were more than happy to book the them for ourselves.
