Critical: ProfessionalismWe have used E Scape for about a year. My 15 year old daughter had an appointment scheduled two months ago and mistakenly thought it was at 10:30 when it was actually at 10:00. Honest mistake for a 15 year old girl. Fast forward to now, my daughter was pushed into an unscheduled surgery, given two days for us to get our home handicap accessible. Her surgery was to reconstruct her two ankles bilaterally at the same time. The last thing on my mind while she was in recovery was to call and cancel her waxing appointment. Earlene wouldn’t have any understanding even after sending her a picture of my daughter in the hospital and charged me for the wax that my daughter never received. I personally do not want to give my money to someone, who has kids of her own, that cannot have any understanding for something like this.
