We do not trust anybody else with our hair. We explain to her what we are looking for and she never fells us. Yaz always explains what exactly shes going to need to do. Yaz, has been doing me and my daughters hair for several years. Without a problem and believe me I’ve come in with some crazy ideas. We do not trust anybody else with our hair. We explain to her what we are looking for and she never fells us. Yaz always explains what exactly shes going to need to do. Which in my case it takes a couple visit just so we don’t damage my hair. Yasmin did my sister’s hair a few days ago. You cannot tell what she even did to her hair at all and my sister was charged $120. She has 2 little blonde streaks in the front and its cut. That’s all you can see for that $120. My mom called and asked to have some more color put in her hair like she requested in the first place and Yasmin ever so rudely told her no and started to yell at my mom. This is a very unprofessional way for the “owner” to act when running a business. There could have been a compromise not just flat out rudeness. I do understand that some people are just looking for something free but that isn’t us. This is her first year in high school and her hair was the most important thing to her. So now we have to go through the misfortune of taking her somewhere else and paying a REAL professional to do it correctly!
