I was so impressed with the experience from start to finish. Information about what to expect was emailed before the appointment so I knew where to go, instructions for when to wash my hair before the appt, etc. Emily was great at discussing options, going over picture examples and making sure we were on the same page for what I wanted. She was easy to talk to and the atmosphere was relaxed. I’m SO happy with how my hair turned out! Emily did an excellent job and I’m looking forward to coming back when I’m ready for a refresh in several months.

Emily is 100% one you can trust with your hair. She is so organized and very good at asking the right questions so she can catch your vision for your hair. She verified we were on the same page before starting and checked in with me through out the appointment to make sure I was satisfied. She is so knowledgeable and truly over qualified for the job.
