Buffers and files are used only once, then discarded. All pedicure procedures are performed with liner protection. My nails didn’t come out good despite being recommended here. They are all different lengths and shapes even though it’s my natural nails. The person I had was not even paying attention. My toes were done for 4 hours and got smudged. The gel was painted above some cuticles. Even reached out & got no response. Prices are confusing?

Owner disrespected me. Asked for powder got acrylic. Asked for purple and came home with blue. Brought this to his attention and he totally disregarded me and did his own thing. Customer service was not provided. Customer is always right. Needs to listen! My husband and I were once valued customers and were out of town for several months and upon our return was not recognized and didn’t get my usual customer service. Can’t go back and need to move on. Extremely disappointed!

I would have expected the water to be hot during the pedicure..that was the first bad sign. Then the lady cut my skin when cutting my cuticles and I was bleeding, she didn’t even acknowledge it. For both my mani and pedi, they painted very sloppily and then filed the extra paint off after, leaving some bare spots on the tips of my fingernails. For 80 bucks before tip, I definitely would have expected way more. Quick but sloppy work. Would not recommend.

So I just left a review about being overcharged for my nails it is my first time ever getting nails done and I know nothing about it so I left a review to ask for clarity I got charged $70 for the picture below and then somebody commented saying they were the store owner and to give them a call so they can make it right so I called the store and they demanded that they told me about them before they did the nails and she did tell me about it however that was before she even started on my nails and the nails that I wanted compared to what she did looked nothing of the sort and when I gave her my credit card she took it for me and charge the money on it without telling me how much she was charging me so when I had called in David or the supposable owner told me since I didn’t know about nails and not because I was a man maybe I shouldn’t be going to get my nails done so they told me to call back in just for them to discriminate against me!!! SO MIND BLOWN RIGHT NOW THEY REPLIED TO MY REVIEW JUST TO TELL ME THAT MAYBE A MAN SHOULDN’T BE GETTING HIS NAILS DONE

I came to this place for the first time due to the pricing on their website. The quality was good but when it came time to pay, they charged 50% more than the posted prices on the website. And they didn’t honor the 15% off for first time customers. I was also pressured to get shellac for my nails when I just wanted regular. And of course they charged extra for that. I won’t go back, because the prices.
