NEW OWNERS!!!! My last experience here wasn’t great but I drove by and thought I’ll give another chance and thank goodness! I met Karen the manager who was fantastic. Got me in right away! Didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to! Like dip 🙂 i hate the dip so finally a salon that doesn’t pressure you! Kimberly did an awesome job on my toes! Great conversations and good vibes! If you’ve had a bad experience, come back and give them a try! They did GREAT thanks ladies!

Kelly is AWESOME!!! I get the full works manicure/pedicure/ wax and beautiful nail art!!! Kelly is a great communicator and has always had great ideas for my nails. She is very understanding about my nails since I don’t use the drill and I like them thin. I see Kelly every two weeks for something and today she did everything! Kelly is the best!

Save your money and patience. Under new management means less experience and a lot more expensive for the quality of the service. I specifically asked if they had time for two full dip sets before we signed in and were told yes! They sat us down together immediately, offered 1 complimentary drink each, and I thought so far so good since it was our first time there. About 10 minutes in a nail tech sat down and began to work on my daughter’s nails. About 10 minutes after that another tech came by and started to soak my nails, swore up and down they would get started right away. I sat there ignored for the next 30 minutes as my fingers pruned and I told them I had to leave because I had a prior commitment. Finally the receptionist sat down and started to kinda take my nails off, then stopped and told me to wait for mail tech. Another 10 minutes go by and I start to pack my things nails still dissolving on my fingers, by the way. I say I have to go and need the nails removed before I go. An hour and 5 minutes after I arrived they removed my nails, sanded them so much and split my thumb nail! Oh, they charged me $10 for removal, plus the $55 for my daughter!
