I have been here several times and seen different people. Most have been pretty rude to me. One even hit my hand with a nail file and told me not to “help her” by moving my hand. Another told me she could see my nails were fake after telling her they were real. (Who would lie about that??) They didn’t do a very good job either. They’re close to home so I kept going, but I have started going elsewhere. They have a pretty limited color selection compared to my new place as well. I won’t be back.

Had an appointment at 5:45pm, got there around 5:35pm to have time to pick out a nail color and sat down to wait. Another woman comes in and the owner knew her and said her appointment wasn’t until 6:30pm. She stated “I didn’t feel like going home.” I was waiting with another who also had an appointment at 5:45pm. At 6:00pm they ask the woman who has an appointment at 6:30pm what color she wants. The other woman and I who made appointments at 5:45pm are still sitting there waiting. I ended up cancelling my appointment. I called at noon to schedule, so this should’ve given them adequate time. Not very happy with the service.

It is a nice a place to get your pedi or mani, but don’t forget to make a reservation, otherwise you will wait for 30 min or more. Even with a reservation you will wait 10min to get your service.

I called to see if I could have them redone, all just in the same color this time, and they won’t even redo them when they were chipped 2 days after getting them done. The manager was not willing to work with me at all, and tried to tell me it was my fault from wearing to much makeup or sunscreen, mind you this is Minnesota in winter…who’s wearing sunscreen?? Absolutely HORRIBLE experience do not go here. I had a gel manicure done, and the nails were chipped and completely stained and tinted a different color. I called to see if I could have them redone, all just in the same color this time, and they won’t even redo them when they were chipped 2 days after getting them done.
