E NAILS

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWorst experience i’ve ever had. Horrible nail shaping skills, did not cover my whole nail when painting them, put layer after layer of gel, put under light TOO many times (my skin and nails were beginning to burn), etc. I asked for white gel nails and a painted on strawberry. They do not listen I have a broken nail and I said not to paint over it a few times and guess what, that’s exactly what they did they painted it anyways. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Charged $40!!! I am not the kind of person to leave reviews at all but this was just horrendous I can not allow other people to go through what I went through. I’d rather just paint my own nails. Don’t go if you want nice nails!! Worst experience i’ve ever had. Horrible nail shaping skills, did not cover my whole nail when painting them, put layer after layer of gel, put under light TOO many times (my skin and nails were beginning to burn), etc. I asked for white gel nails and a painted on strawberry. The pictures below was a prior experience, and today I went and got my nails corrected with the owner Dawn. The customer service was amazing, and she was very understanding and apologetic. I like it, there not that busy when I go in (I try to go in the mornings), it’s conveniently close to my house. The salon is clean, has tvs to watch shows, music for the customers to listen to… a wide variety of colors and many different options. I would recommend them.Add on :: I had foot surgery about 2 1/2cweeks ago, I went to get a pedicure yesterday, my nail lady (NA) is the BEST!!! She was very careful of my foot! She always does such an awesome job!! The salon is clean, has tvs to watch shows, music for the customers to listen to… a wide variety of colors and many different options. I would recommend them.
