Critical: ProfessionalismIt saddens me to write this bad review. I have been going to E Nails for years. I went to get my regular spa gel pedicure and gel manicure. There was a new girl and she started to work on my feet. The way she was working on them was very odd, not really touching them with the nail file…..did nit cut off the dead cuticles and she was being very careless with the clippers. Then she cut me…..one of the more experienced techs were nearby and I said can you please help us out. I asked twice for an experienced tech to come correct the problems but they said she could fix everything. A more experienced tech did my gel manicure. It saddens me to write this bad review. I have been going to E Nails for years. I went to get my regular spa gel pedicure and gel manicure. There was a new girl and she started to work on my feet. The way she was working on them was very odd, not really touching them with the nail file…..did nit cut off the dead cuticles and she was being very careless with the clippers. Critical: QualityI took my daughter to this establishment to get her nails done for her birthday. It was close by to our regular salon, but this particular day 1/26/21, our salon wait was a few hours long and we hadn’t booked in advance. Because we had a lot to do in preparation for her birthday we decided to try a different salon. This one. She was supposed to get an acrylic overlay with gel polish. Within moments of leaving the salon, before getting home, the gel started peeling off her nails. We had to return to the salon, about twenty minute after leaving, for her nails to be fixed. Within a week the acrylic was literally peeling off her nails. No lifting, peeling off, like paint. I don’t know what products they use but the quality is horrible. And the only male nail tech in the salon, who did my daughter’s nails, has absolutely no idea what he’s doing. It was close by to our regular salon, but this particular day 1/26/21, our salon wait was a few hours long and we hadn’t booked in advance.
