Something is not right with this place. I had a sore back and called for an appointment and the lady who answered the phone said they accept walk-in. Went in on Monday evening for a 1 hour. They asked for the fees right at the beginning and even asked for tip and when I told I’ll pay tip after the massage she left the room and came back after 15 mins. Massage was terrible and I decided to leave just after 10 mins.

Picture it, winter of 2021… The reviews are what got me to come in. Well… the reviews were the best part of this experience. We got reservations for 90 minutes and when we came in we were told she had another appointment in an hour. They rushed us to the back (my wife and I), and we sat there for 5 minutes after we undressed. Finally on lady came in and sad “who should I start with, the other lady will be here in 5 minutes, so sorry.” The message bed was so comfortable I told her no worries. 25 minutes later, no one… I got up and looked at the lady and whispered, “just rub my wife, I’m fine.” She proceeded to grab me by my underwear to stop me and I had to ask her to let me go. I quickly walked out with my clothes and dressed in the entry. She came out and was yelling at the other massage therapist in Chinese, they started fighting. I just asked for my money back and things got worse… Let’s just say, I won’t be back.

best massage EVER!!! Diana is incredible. Every touch was perfect & Diana’s hands have such great flow and pressure. Her sequencing is so unique I never knew what area she was going to massage next which I really enjoyed. Nothing worse than starting to panic cause you can tell from where the therapist is working on your body that your massage is about to be over. So many do same ole routine. NOT my new girl Diana. Her spontaneous & intuitive work just allowed me to check out never knowing when I would have to be checking back in. Not a foo-foo place, but clean & personal. Be going back this week. My serenity lasted for 2 hours w/hot stones mixed w/Ashiatsu on my back. Great prices too. Love, love, love my new go to girl. BTW. It was definitely “service w/a smile”. YOU’LL SEE!

Went here based on reviews. Asked the man “Steve” on the phone several times if the person giving the massage could give adequate pressure for deep tissue since I have trouble finding therapists who are able to do so. He assured me they could. After my massage started, it was obvious that I would not be receiving a deep tissue massage…Also, the person massaging me seemed to have no formal training. She walked on my back using the rails on the ceiling, but there seemed to be no strategy involved with this. She then tried to “stretch” my legs for about 10 minutes, I am assuming to kill some time. All in all, it was an awkward & unprofessional experience. My assumption the whole time I was getting the massage was that I was being worked on by “Diana”. However, when I left “Steve” at the counter said I would get meet Diana next time, who is his Wife. I was like, I thought that was Diana the whole time! It would have been nice if they had just told me up front that Diana was not available & that the person massaging me had no experience whatsoever. Then I would have rescheduled to give Diana a shot. Now they have lost my business.
