We are not status quo, an example could be the extraordinary Italian hair care and color line of Davines brought from Italy to our deserving guests. Our owners, with a brilliantly talented team, work to bring fine experiences without being pretentious. Also, among the backdrop of our modern and comfortable 4000 square foot space you will find a jewel box of home decorating items, gifts, fragrances, and more. I am always so scared to get my hair done as I’ve had bad experiences before. I came in to meet Kylie for a consultation and she treated me with such kindness and made me feel so much more at ease. The next day I came in and did a complete color transformation. From natural brown to a copper balayage. I fell in love with my hair as soon as she started blow drying it! Kylie did an AMAZING job! I have a hard time keeping away from mirror! Lol she made me feel so comfortable! It was an amazing experience ♥️

We LOVE E.M! It’s so encouraging to know that they are a non-gratuity business, because it tells me the stylists are paid enough as is by the salon, and not reliant on tips to make a living. The environment is fresh, clean, laid back, and lively. It’s a local business using its platform to support other local businesses, and there’s never any pressure to buy or upsell you in any way. The stylists are knowledgeable and patient, and they will spend whatever time and resources necessary to make sure you get what you want. My mother and I have been so impressed with E.M, and especially with our stylist, Ashlyn! We will never go anywhere else again. It’s a bit pricey compared to sportsclips or some other hack-job salons, but what you get for the service is just invaluable. You can’t put a price on an experience like this. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. We will be clients for life!

The look of this salon is like something out of an HGTV magazine. It’s gorgeous. It also smells good too. Grace was my stylist and was a wise young woman. She understood exactly what I wanted done to my hair and did just that. We had a nice conversation throughout my time spent here.

I had the best experience my last visit with one of the owners herself handling my hair needs as there had been some staffing discrepancies with my previously scheduled appointments. She was so helpful and honest about what coloring I was hoping for and made it work well. They certainly make you feel welcome and helped recommended products to work with your hair needs. I will continue returning and appreciate them fitting me in.

LOVED going here for the first time! I followed Senna to her new salon and of course she is THE BEST!! I was very pleasantly surprised at how cute and wonderful the salon itself was, so many cute things in the shop and just a very relaxing and peaceful place! I have been going to this salon for years, but I have noticed within the last year, the customer service is declining. My last appointment was canceled on me twice and moved to different dates by the salon. They never even offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I had an appointment scheduled for highlights/cut this week, but I had to call to reschedule due to a family situation. When I arrived to my appointment, I found out that whoever rescheduled my appointment forgot to schedule in time for the highlights. When the front desk lady told me about their mistake, she never offered to compensate me for their error. She just said she could reschedule for a different date.

I’ve been a customer at E. M. Studio for over 5 years and have seen several of their hair stylists during that time. They all have done an excellent job listening to my concerns and responding with suggestions or fixing my hair issues. Everyone is friendly, professional and skilled. The shop has darling gifts and professional hair products for sale. The best part might actually be the phenomenol scalp massage with shampoos. I always recommend E. M. when friends ask about my hair.

I received VERY POOR customer service by Piper during this appointment. I was scheduled for a color touch up and HAIRCUT. I showed her a picture how I wanted my hair cut. She started to dry my hair and had not cut it yet so I questioned why she was doing this. She responded that she didn’t think we were cutting it today. I said that’s why I showed you the picture of what I wanted. She continued to dry it and then informed me that she DID NOT have time to cut it today because her next client was already in the waiting area and I could reschedule for that. I will NEVER schedule with Piper again.
