This is for a haircut and blowout I got a while back, right when they first opened. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and given a tour of the facility so I could really see what E L L E É had to offer and the services they provided. I love the minimalistic look and the high quality of products and services provided. Ashley was the one that cut my hair and did a really great job listening to what I wanted since it had been a while since cutting my hair, and was looking to revamping my look. It was also extremely informative and consultative since I knew everything that was being done to my hair from not only just how it was being cut, but also the products that were being used and their benefits. They did an amazing job and recommended them for haircuts and other services as well!

This is a beautiful medspa with caring staff, I came for a hydra facial and it was amazing. The receptionist Makayla was super polite and helpful. Although, it was my first time there they treated me as a long time customer. Very impressed 10/10

The laser therapy is top notch – their technician is extremely experienced & walks you through everything the first time which can be good if you’re nervous like I was. Their facialist is also knowledgeable – she helped me with some questions on skin care products.

Ellee Spa was fantastic and amazing spa. It was epitome of sophistication and relaxing experience. They offered beverages prior/after my treatment. Leslie, my laser aesthetician is knowledgeable, personable and beyond welcoming. She was meticulous and detail oriented with her work and took her time to get job done in a professional manner. Parking was easy access. It’s a clean spa and well-sanitized. I will be coming again and recommending to others. Grateful for this gem and turnaround experience.

I’ve had 5 laser appointments thus far and I can say I’m incredibly happy with my results! My laser technician, Leslie, is so professional and kind. I told her during my consultation about how poor my experience was at Renova laser and she took time to listen and was very reassuring. She really takes the time to educate you about the laser she uses and her technique. She really individualizes appointments, tells you exactly what settings she is using, and makes you feel comfortable. Scheduling is simple here as well. I’ve had no issues here at Ellee Salon and I highly recommend laser treatment here!

ELLEE Salon + Spa is beautiful but unfortunately they only get two stars due to to the fact that they can’t keep good hairstylist on staff. Got my hair done the first time and 8 weeks later the girl was gone. I was bummed about it but decided to give them a second chance. New hairstylist did my hair, liked it so I scheduled my maintenance appointment before leaving. The very next day, I received an email saying that my appointment was canceled because the hairstylist was no longer with them. This is a biggie to me. Sadly— can’t recommend the hair salon part of this business.

I called in morning from uptown and the lady at the reception asked for card on file. I told that I won’t be able to give the card on call and thereafter she requested for hold to speak with her manager. She came back on the call and confirmed the exception. Infact she told the address, told about parking etc behind salon. This place was far off but I ended up coming to the salon and after 20 min drive, they told me that my appointment isn’t confirmed. I am quite shocked with this – While I understand that they would have a policy in place but then why to confirm and get the client to the salon only to suggest a later date and time.Disappointed experience
