Lacks phone etiquette for a business. The business utilizes a cell phone and not a landline. It is a shame how a potential client is being put through an interrogation via text in order to speak with someone or the preferred person you wish to contact. The owner will arrogantly text back acknowledging his E and J production as a response followed by a ghetto reply, then put potential clients through an interrogation via text no matter the preferred point of contact your requesting. This type of communication is unprofessional and gives off indications of criminal suspicion from a business perspective. What is all the inconspicuous behavior for knowing you are listed as a business? Just keeping it real because I experienced it first hand……..
