Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI would not have my worst enemy get a haircut here!! Made a new appointment for 2 people with the “manager” Diana. After waiting for 17 minutes past our sppointment time, I went to the back where she was eating. I reminded her our appointment was at 200pm. She was sassy and told me she hadn’t eaten all day and would be out soon. I said, “ok, its your tip”. She came out and called me a snot and I said to cancel the appointments. She raised her choice at me. Their website says you get excellent service or it’s free… what happened to “customer service”, something that Diana OBVIOUSLLY does not understand. Her pricing nickles and dimes, if you want her to use a curling iron or flat iron, it’s extra. Critical: ProfessionalismMy 82 year old mother got her haircut here recently and found out at the end of her haircut that Diana, her maskless hairdresser, (and manager) was not vaccinated. Very unprofessional!! My mom will not be returning.
