Legitimately the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever gotten. I did the deluxe pedicure with gel. One of the creams they used on my legs was supposed to have a cooling effect but burned to the point I had to ask her to take it off. After she took it off she painted my toes but didn’t finish the rest of the pedicure/massage with the package I got. It’s not her fault that the stuff burned me but I was sad I didn’t get the rest of the pedicure considering the cooling gel was the first step to the pedicure. Then when I went to get my nails done and told the lady I didn’t want the more expensive product she was offering me she told me they wouldn’t look good, got extremely rude and continued to rush and be extremely rough even after I told her she was hurting me and she saw that she made me bleed. My nails were sloppy and I left so disappointed and with bloody fingers and burning legs. I will never go back.

I went to get my feet and hands done. First she 60. Last week. This week 70. She couldn’t make up her mind how much. After a while I just walked out. They were very rude and speaking in her language like she didn’t want my money. I went home and did my own nails. They came out better. Because yall say anything. I brought my own polish. They don’t do good work anyway.

I had the worst service ever last night. My nail tech didn’t speak to me the whole time even when I tried to make conversation. She rushed through my nails and was SO rough and my nails that I woke up crying this morning in pain of how sore they are. I had an obvious healing hangnail over my thumb and she was drilling so fast, she drilled over that spot causing it to bleed. She didn’t even clean up the blood, but continued to drill and the dust got all over it. Lastly, my nails turned out awful and completely not what I wanted, I will be coming back today for a removal have a redo with someone else.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst , today was my birthday and this the best they could Crazy. Two of the workers was very disrespectful and I left with bruises on my feet. The nail polish was lumpy and came off before leaving. I left there with my feet ugly and nail unfinished and feet burning bc the lady cut side of my toe.

Walked in with a friend asking for a gel manicure yesterday. We were told to sit down at one of the stations and didn’t get the color options handed to us until about 10 minutes after we sat down. I don’t mind waiting but once someone finally came to start on our nails it was the most rushed process I have ever experienced. I didn’t have any polish on so start to finish with a “massage” and all was maybe 7 minutes. She barely touched my cuticles. The “massage” was super rushed and pitiful. To top it all off the polish started peeling today so now I’m $40 poorer and back to square one with my nails. Won’t catch me here again

So this was my first time going here to get my nails done with my mom and definitely my last. When we first walked in , the guy was rude. He was very unprofessional. As my mom is getting her pedicure and the lady doing her service stopped to open the safe, count money, and give change with the same gloves on, then tries to continue the pedicure with the same gloves. When I asked if she could change her gloves the guy says won’t the water wash it off? Very unsanitary. The man who did my full set was amazing but please read all the reviews. This place is horrible

WASTE OF MONEY!! RUDE employees that try to argue with you when you show them what you want and they don’t do it right… this was suppose to be a treat to get my daughters nails done for her high school graduation instead it was a complete nightmare. Unfortunately, we have been customers for over 10 years and will not be returning. We ended up getting her nails REDONE at Boss Nail Bar. The experience was way better with nicer and more professional treatment.

I wasn’t satisfied with how my nails turned out, so I spoke up to the lady and was met with their manager who argued back instead of providing a solution. Instead of professionally answering/fixing it, they acted like I was stupid or told me they couldn’t understand… After continuously trying to explain myself politely, they eventually stopped responding to me.

I had an excellent experience here today. The detail was spot on. Everyone was so very kind. They let an elderly lady remain in the chair after having her nails done and they wheeled her to the drying machine. Thank you EC Nails. They also opened every package of tools in front of you!
