My hair is salt and pepper colored, but definitely more salt than pepper. I asked for more pepper color in my hair and I was told was that I needed lots of low lights to give me the look that I wanted. Next she asked me what color I went with when I last colored my hair, I said black. So she looked at the book with the sample colors and picked out the color she was going to use. She applied the color and used the foil wraps and I felt confident that she knew what she was doing. However after she washed and rinsed my hair, I looked in the mirror and my jaw dropped. The color was almost the same as when I walked in! The pepper color I was looking for was more like a very light brown color. NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASKED FOR!! I was So Disappointed in this new look. I asked her what is THIS?? This isn’t anywhere NEAR the salt and pepper look that I asked for. It was kind of a very light golden brown and still a ton of Grey. She asked me if I like it… I said NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT! THIS IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! So she said “well I can add more low lights Or, I can try just combing some black into the grey”. Will combing some black into my hair give me the salt and pepper that I wanted? She said YES. It didn’t work! Now I have light brown hair all over, with Grey roots and Grey all along my hairline! I don’t understand what went wrong? I didn’t think my request was either hard to understand or to achieve. Now I realize why the place was totally empty at 1:00 in the afternoon, except for the lady who colored my hair and she also happens to be the manager. I did NOT ASK FOR A LAME BROWN COLOR IN MY HAIR!! What sucks the most was that this was supposed to be my birthday present to myself. All I wanted was for my hair to be salt and pepper again. I really liked that look!

Very clean Took a little longer than expected but that’s only because I had a lot of questions being a first time customer. Sabrina was very informative and professional. I really enjoyed my experience The sweet tweets scalp massage was excellent I didn’t see a lot of value in the hot towel experience I would prefer continual massage and skip the hot towel!

This was my first experience at dynfly. It was such a good one! Salon was very clean and had a modern vibe. My appt started on time and I was out in an hour! My colorist was Sabrina. She was excellent! She helped me choose the perfect color and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly as well. Loved the concept of last minute appt and the short, sweet process. It might be my new thing to keep this gray covered in between cuts. Oh and its open on Sundays!

Sabrina was absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to see her at the Troy location (6 minutes from my house) but she is now at the new Woodhaven location . I drove 45 minutes each way because she is THAT good. She really listens to what the client wants, does an excellent job with color, is polite, friendly, gentle and has a great personality. The excellent shampoo she gives alone was worth the drive. The new store is beautiful and they have made changes to make it even more efficient. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Sabrina at the new Woodhaven location!
