Scheduled an appointment. Seated for pedicure. While having my pedicure the blonde guy doing it was not very personable. Kept his head down most of time. I had my eyes closed to try and relax in the massage chair. I heard the tech cough and sneeze twice. I opened my eyes and saw a blob of sinus fluid was on my towel. I had him change the towel and finish up my pedicure quickly so I could leave. I was totally disgusted! WILL NOT RETURN

Staff is pretty nice, and nail techs do a good job of shaping, buffing, filing, and cleaning up my nails. But I have gotten gel polish done here twice, and I have been disappointed both times. Each time I have gotten them done, the top coat has oddly bubbled and left small holes in the top coat, which then collect debris and look like dark spots on my nails. This last time, I got my nails done for my college graduation and they started chipping four days after getting them done. Four days! These are supposed to last two weeks, and they didn’t even make it a week. Twenty-five dollars just went down the drain.

I have had my nails filed so aggressively that it was painful. I told him repeatedly that it hurt. Then he cut my foot with the callus file. I love this place everyone is extremely nice and its clean and they always do exactly what nail design i ask for and they always look amazing too!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

This place is horrendous. I walked in at 5:45pm. This man asked me what service I needed. I said mani/pedi. He then said “we’re closed”. They literally close at 7 but he just refused my service.
