went to this salon for a full set of icy winter wonderland themed nails (medium length) i had an appointment for 3:55 and showed up @4. ended up waiting for 10-15 minutes because of how busy they were but i understand. i was told to go sit at the older ladies desk and i already knew she wasn’t going to be able to do what i wanted. i showed her a picture and she said she could do it but it would cost $85. when before i told her my budget was $60. so i informed her that no i can’t do that it has to be $60 or below. instead of my medium length winter wonderland themed nails i just got short french tips. they aren’t at all what i wanted, too short and the shape isn’t what i wanted. i asked for square and got almost coffin. i wouldn’t even accept these as coffin nails. i also want to mention that while i was getting my nails done i could tell she was talking about me to her coworkers because i was persistent about my budget. i was also left with acrylic all over my cuticles. i don’t not recommend coming here if you want trendy good looking nails.

I’ll give it a 2 star, first and foremost very beautiful place and nice staff. I came to this nail salon since I’ve heard great feedback about it. However, I went to get a pedicure and full set, I loved the lady that did my pedicure just love how she took her time on me now when it was time for my fullest the lady that did my nails was just too distracted on looking at everyone that came in the door and also answering the phone while doing my nails, I asked her for something specific and she gave me something very different. The price i paid for this full set was just too much which was $65 for regular acrylic and gel polish. I was very disappointed. she did not even clean around the nails or anything. Not a very good experience.

Critical: ProfessionalismCame here for the first time today. Just wanted a full set, square white gel nails.the guy with the tattoos all over his arms and small hoop earrings was very rude & unmannerly!!! (Didn’t get his name) He asked me how I liked my nails and I told him a few needed to be cleaned up & filed (mainly on my right hand) he took it upon himself to shave down the polish around all my cuticles, both hands (it looked like I needed a fill-in afterwards) then he goes to say “I was having a good day until you came, you’re very picky and looking at every nail, this is ridiculous” I was shook, honestly. He also started throwing tools around and when he polished over my nails again he pushed my right hand for me to put it under the dryer and it hit a brush which messed up the polish. I asked for the manager and he started going off & didn’t finish my nails but walked out. Long story short, management was no help (I’m not one for conflict so I cried SMH). I was there from 1:30pm-3:50pm and they really didn’t wanna help me. There were witnesses and one lady told me I should just leave because she didn’t like how they were handling the situation. It was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered, I won’t be back!!! The photos below is what they fixed, it’s about 4-5 coats on them. The service here was excellent. My pedicure was the best one I’ve ever had in my life. Lee is amazing and she takes her time giving a great foot and leg massage.
