Critical: PunctualityThis is a very nice salon and location to get your hair done but unless you like spending your whole day waiting I don’t recommend going here. The first time I got my hair done my appointment was at 12pm and I didn’t leave until 630 that evening. Returned to get my tracks tighten and wash and I was sitting in the waiting area for an hour. No greeting or just a moment we are running behind today. They made sure I paid a deposit though. With better management I’m sure this would be a great place to go and get you hair done. Carine the esthetician who works there did greet me and was a super pleasant to speak with, to bad she wasn’t the person I was there to see. This salon is the best! I just moved to the area several weeks ago and was in desperate need of a stylist. They use the latest products and tools on your hair and they style very well. I got a consultation prior to my visit and the owner was very knowledgeable about natural hair which I have. I wanted a color that she currently was out of but she color mixed & matched it and it came out absolutely perfect! I love my hair. Def will be a repeat customer.

This place has something that Melbourne lacked for a long time and that is knowledge about all hair types. They are extremely organized and they pay attention to the needs of individual customers. They also provide information and education about how to care for your hair. I am a big fan of their hair treatments. Kadian has been doing this a long time and she knows what she’s doing. The receptionist is very professional and will work to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. I reccomend this place ten times over.

Really nice staff.. but it took 4 hours to get a halfway done silk press. I should have left my hair the way it was before I walked in.. : ( so this is why I do not recommend.
