FIRST TIME CUSTOMER… probably wont return I recently went to Dyna nails. I was a walk-in and wanted a basic mani and pedi. I hardly ever get my nails done but I took a chance on this place based on reviews and had to attend a wedding the next day. I was greeted right away, picked my nail color and had a seat in the pedi area. The girl put in hardly Luke warm water and I was left sitting for 15 min waiting for someone to help me and by the time they did the water was cold.

Critical: QualityI had been going to them for years in different occasions. I always had a positive experience. However the last time I went I requested for sns dip manicure and pedicure. The older lady that did my pedicure was amazing. However the other lady that did my manicure portion was not so great. She was rude I explained what I wanted in my nails I wanted tips for length she pretty much told me to let my own grow. At that point I was like whatever just do the dip so they look nice. According to them dip it’s suppose to last up to 3 weeks. My nails in 5 days were cracking. Today has been less than two weeks multiple of my nails have very visible cracks all over them.
