The unprofessional staff Denise was very rude and unprofessional. She called me saying my account was past due. She claimed that I didn’t pay “which I am a cash paying” and that they have no record of me paying. When you walk to the window they charge you an office fee every time, which is understandable but my last visit I came to my scheduled appointment, they did not charge me. Had the procedure done and was escorted to the back window for my exit. They said “you’re all good, you don’t have nothing to pay” so I said take care. 2 months later I am getting phone call saying I’m past due for something I knew nothing about. She said I didn’t pay last time I was here and I said I sure didn’t because they we not doing their job. It’s not my responsibility or job to keep up if the paperwork was not filed correctly. Again not my job! So Denise get your facts straight and admit you were wrong and “You guys” dropped the ball. All you had to do was apologize for your mistake. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate!

The receptionist was beyond RUDE. I needed to ask a question & she just closed the window in my face. While voicing my opinion 2 other patients stated don’t feel bad we were treated just as bad. This isn’t good for a 1st appointment.
