Although I am an older client, I like a little edge to my haircut and color. Dye Hard definitely knows color and the owner, Ashley is very knowledgeable in applying color and works quickly but expertly in color and cut.

I went there to get Balayage. The first session is alright , Savannah told me that cause my hair color is dark so I need couple sessions which I am fine with that. The second time just horrible, I went there to adjust the color close to my crown and I was super upset about it ,not the color itself but Savannah’ s service. She rinse my hair and blow it quick so I went home. After I scratched my scalp, my nails are dark brown !! I took a shower immediately and guess what, the water is dark brown. I didn’t say anything or called to complain about it cause I understand that sometimes people make mistakes. After three weeks I texted her said hey when we can have the next session, never replied, never called. Now I am really upset, I tipped her every time and super nice to her. I read all these nice comments online that’s why I decided to go there , I guess maybe it’s the right place for Asian people, I saw they were way more friendly to other lighter skin color customers.
