Horrible experience. The stylist Ruben left my hair a mess! A bunch of yellow spots on my silver dye plus he left my hair close to the roots orange. I told him he couldn’t leave my hair like that and he gave me attitude and told that it was my hair’s fault. He applied the bleach wrong; He folded the foils and that’s the reason why my hair didn’t get a chance to properly bleach and left a bunch of orange spots and yellow spots. Mind you, he was dying virgin hair for the most part so it’s not like my hair was chemically treated. He bleached it twice and now my hair it’s really bad. He never cared to listen to what I had to say about it and basically blamed on me. Can’t believe this person is a stylist and does not listen to his clients.

Ruben Alvarez is the best hairstylist there. I went in with my hair dry,brittle and color wasted; he nourished it and was able to do the most amazing balayage highlights i have ever done! Ruben knows what is best for your hair and will not lie to you. If you want something your hair can’t handle he will tell you why and offer something better. His talent does stop there because he is also the best eyebrow stylist in Hialeah. They have for sell and use the best quality products which is a big plus and the environment is friendly and respectful. I recommend this salon to everyone.

To the Owner please hire more professional staff disgusting language and Horrible service, horrible way of treating a client who wants to spend money on good service and to be charged $150.00 for something I didn’t even want or liked is not right..but I decided it’s better to give my money to those who deserve it!!!!… Not recommending this location unless you want to be overcharged. Yoley doesn’t know how to do hair, and when she sees that she made a mistake, she doesn’t care and says that that’s what the client wanted. If you don’t know how to do something, don’t do it. And don’t take advantage of a 15 year old girl.

My friend went in to do her hair. She showed the woman what she wanted, exactly what she wanted. The woman, I think her name was Yoley, said that she could do it, but the end product was awful. My friend wanted something called balayage done to her hair. She showed me pictures, it would have looked pretty if done correctly.
