I liked this place when it opened. Lately my manicures have been going down hill since the opening day. I went one week ago and had by far my worst experience so far. The man I got was rude and very rough. He squished me very closely to other clients when there was plenty of room throughout the salon. He was pulling me around and being very rough with the tools. He popped my fingers even though I asked him not to due to my arthritis and my hands hurt for hours after that. My manicure didn’t even last a week, it has lifted, cracked and began peeling near the cuticle and on the tips. Not to mention a manicure at this establishment is EXTREMELY expensive. I personally don’t want to be paying $50 for a manicure that lasts only a week, is poorly done and a staff that treats clients disrespectfully.

Such a great experience! Peter was my tech and did a fabulous job! I love my nails so much. Really took the time to make sure I loved the shape and color. He was just very pleasant all around! The set was only $60 not including tip which is pretty good considering I have paid way more for this exact set in a different color. I went in yesterday, and got a pedicure which the guy that did it was so nice and did a great job, then I had my nails done and the guy that was doing them did a very bad job!! His customer service was extremely bad. It looked like he didn’t want to work with an bad facial expression. When he was doing my nails he kept on pulling my hands and was very rough on me. He told me not to be looking at him putting my nails that I didn’t let him do his job. I just wanted to walk out and tell him off but I was already there and had an event. I was so mad that I know he noticed he was so rude. At the end I wanted a design and I just told him never mind just to leave it as it was. He cut me a lot and the job was horrible. He just started doing them however that it took him more time filling them. The price for those ugly nails and simple were 55 plus he charge me 15 more for the length which weren’t long and more for gel. I just paid and left. The price was extremely EXPENSIVE!!!!! They have just lost a customer because NEVER AGAIN will be GOING. I really do not recommend this place!!! O by the way one nail fell like in 35 min !

NOT GOING BACK AGAIN , extremely OVERPRICED!!didn’t even got a pedicure done the way it supposed to be . After the person that was doing my pedicure was done I told him he didn’t removed my ingrown nail he says he did, but he didn’t he just cut around the callous. I was charged 100+ dlls. I always go to honey bee nails and I pay 35 dlls and they do a spectacular job.

I typically go here because it’s the best place in the area but that isn’t saying much. I found a guy who is nice but today he was not there. I had told them I wanted a pedicure and dip and when it was time for me to get my nails done he said he couldn’t do it because there was too many people there to get nails done. As a customer who came in early and before everyone else I should have took priority but I guess they prefer to lose returning customers. It’s unfortunate because the place is nice and clean but good customer service has always been a problem.

The worst place to get your nails. Super expensive. If you are not getting gel he (the owner) will not even apply regular polish. Been getting nails done for years and had never had an experience like this one! $40 for this is ridiculous!

We had a relaxing time at this beautiful, luxurious salon spa! Tina and Seven were great! They even include an alcoholic beverage with your service (beer, red wine, mimosas, etc.) My husband and I got the #1 pedicure, includes a hot stone massage on your legs! Give then a try you won’t be disappointed!

DON’T DO IT. Extremely overpriced…. Very rushed and they don’t listen to what you want. Owner is very pushy and doesn’t even give you time to decline services… if you want to pay 180 for a basic manicure and pedicure then this is the place to go.

The salon is really pretty. There was an older man who took care of me, he did a super good job, was super careful and really placed effort into the whole thing. I also asked to get my nails removed and get a simple manicure with just clear nail polish. Also did a great job with that and although my nails were obviously super damaged after removing the fake ones and acrylic, you would have never known with how nice they looked after the manicure and hand massage.
