Very professional staff. The salon has a great feeling. Staff always friendly and services are excellent. While the hair stylist do their job, there’s always a person making sure everything is cleaned and sanitized. There’s no gossiping going around everyone to their own, which gives a comfortable feeling of being there.

I visited D’Vinci hair salon a week and a few days ago. I didn’t do much to my hair before my visit such as dying or bleaching in many years except bleach strands of my hair at home during the pandemic a few months ago. My hair grows fairly quickly so I asked for a hair cut and I was pleased with the hair cut, although I asked for a specific style with bangs to frame my face and that wasn’t really achieved although I didn’t have too big of a problem with that. I then asked for a change of color. My hair is naturally very dark and I wanted a change after having the same hair for quite some time. I wanted just a shade or two lighter than my natural hair color. So think from dark brown almost black to a chocolate brown or lighter tone brown. Everything was going great and I was really excited, but as soon as the hair was revealed I noticed I was given hot roots. I was a bit confused and like I said, it had been so long since I last did anything to my hair so I was happy to see change but disappointed with the quality. When I left the salon and saw my hair in the sun I could still see the hot roots and I continue to see the hot roots. It looks awful. My roots are so light compared to the rest of my head and the stylist put dye on my roots first when I believed roots were supposed to be last in order to avoid such a mistake. My roots and the rest of my head are two different colors and there isn’t a nice transition from one to the other. That is very disappointing because in total I paid over $150 dollars in total for my service which was a cut and basic dye. I will now have to pay more money eventually to fix this issue somehow and get my hair to a better place. All I can say to those interested in getting something done here is: be very clear about exactly what you want, be assertive if you do not like something immediately and express that concern especially if your complaint is rightfully justified, have pictures ready because the stylists don’t know what to do without a picture, again make sure you are truly satisfied with the service and don’t leave like I did without saying something because in the end it is your money.

D’Vinci hair salon staff are professional and make me feel comfortable the second I walk in. Hector has been my hairstylist for a long time now. I absolutely recommend the hair salon , from makeovers , extensions to color. He is honest and has reasonable prices. His products are amazing ans he is always IN on the new styles and color.

Critical: QualityI’ve been going to DaVinci’s for many years , at first Hector used to do my hair along with his brother, but later Hector was so booked up that he couldn’t no longer do my hair and his brother left to build up his own salon, so I switched to Maggie, at first she was being supervised by Hector making sure my hair was done right, but I guess he didn’t liked the fact that I was going to her and i stopped going to him because of his lack of time and so started being very rude to me, after not being supervised by him she started making little mistakes at first and I wouldn’t say anything, but the last 3 times I went there she made huge mistakes with my hair, this last time I let my hair grow, i did it so could get the hair cut I wanted ,and told her exactly what I wanted , but it was a huge disappointment, she cut my hair really bad and ended up having to wait for it to grow back ,they charge way to much money so that people will leave with their hair horribly done. Very great experience overall. I’m from out of town, I called and got a same day appointment. I must say that Hector did such a fabulous job on my hair I would recommend him to everyone! I got so many compliments on how beautiful my hair was. If you’re looking for professionalism this place is it!
