I’ve been coming here for years the professionalism has really went downhill. Mimi has changed she had me wait on her to get my nails done I got my pedicure done while waiting on her all for her to tell me she didn’t feel like doing my nails to day and rudely walk away after she had me sit at her station waiting on her to come from the back. I’ve be been anywhere where you tell a customer that you just don’t feel like doing something for them. She’s gotten so rude over the years professional levels has declined to nothing. I’ll never step foot in this place again if it was the last nail shop on earth.

I had The sweetest nail tech. I was sharing with her I was a new mom and that this was my first time getting my nails done after having my baby. She was so thorough, she made sure it was definitely my “ME” time. She added ” you need to be taking care of bc you’re a new mom.”

I was searching for someone that I can go to since moving to the Fairburn area. I’ve been to a couple other places, but it seems that it’s almost impossible to have the same person do your nails every time. The lady who was doing my feet was really nice. The lady who was doing my nails was nice as well. The lady who did my toes did a perfect job. My toes have zero imperfections. My nails however have a few. I got SNS nails, on my right middle finger a huge bubble/build up was left. The left middle finger has a large white line in the middle of the purple on towards the left side of the nail, like the product was not applied correctly. Other than that the length is perfect and she applied all the nails straight. Not once was I in pain or finger burned by that mechanical filer, like at other places I’ve been. The price for a set of SNS and pedicure was a really good price. I have had the nails on for a week now and they are all still intact so that’s a bonus points. There was some debris on the floor and all.

Critical: Quality, ValueI got sns done on the 4th of this month, it’s ten days later and my nails are chipped cracked and look like they need to be completely redone. For $50 to last less than ten days is ridiculous. By the second day they already had cracks and at a week they were chipping. Never going here again.

Take mother for manicure a pedicure every 2-3 weeks. Every time she goes she comes out pleased. They do not rush and make her feel special.

I have been going there for years and have sometimes received poor service. I am usually very patient during those times and have allowed them to talk me into letting someone “they” choose to do my nails. Recently, I was disgusted with their service. When I have to tell them “no color” 5 times and they insist on bringing me three different alternatives (colors) and act like they are deaf, I have a problem. Also, customers have a right to choose who they want to provide the service, especially if the customer is willing to wait. They are very pushy and act like they don’t hear/understand what you are saying. They are forever saying, “She do really good job for you. Everyone does good job…the same job.” Then, they start talking bad about their customers. My son used an app on his phone for translation and I was appalled at what they were saying about people. It is sad because there are two ladies that are solid and I have never heard chime in on their conversation, plus they do an amazing job. I am very disappointed in the owner Ming (hopefully spelled correctly). Oh, and the lady they pushed on me to do my nails, did such a bad job because my nails started cracking the same day and I had to take time out of my schedule the next day to have them done again. Prices raised and $45 a waste. They should be giving me back at least half of my money for bad service and wasting my time having to go back the next day. DISAPPOINTED!!!
