Alesia and Bruce were so understanding and provided a refund when two of our friends couldn’t attend due to being sick. Bruce did an amazing job of walking us through the process and making sure we were comfortable. The chairs were amazing and unique and allowed for total relaxation. It was such a relaxing and amazing experience. Alesia and Bruce were so understanding and provided a refund when two of our friends couldn’t attend due to being sick. Bruce did an amazing job of walking us through the process and making sure we were comfortable. The chairs were amazing and unique and allowed for total relaxation. The hot stones we were given was my favorite part and the warm tea at the end was the cherry on top. I would absolutely go again!

So very glad this place exists. My first visit provided me the space to learn how to meditate, and in so doing proved to be the spark that set off a virtuous cycle of rejuvenation in my life. I highly recommend for anyone who has tried meditation before but felt like they never really “got it.” Durham Salt Cave has cultivated a space that allows you to explore stillness. It’s become a go-to for when friends and family visit. Perfect for a group of 3-6 people.

Thank you for the incredible experience. Recently my spouse and I shared a mutual first dip into the Salt Cave. The generous and gracious hosts Bruce and Aubrey made us feel cherished. Their cave setting included a salt floor, an accompanying soundscape and adjustable chairs. The translucent salt walls provided a warm glow and the bed of pink salt underfoot was both grounding and exotic. This was such a lovely and relaxing experience! My husband and I enjoyed the 2 person salt and sound. We were given blankets and warm salt stones, then we placed on headphones and were able to also feel the vibrations in the chairs. The entire experience left us feeling so rejuvenated! The only complaint I have is how fast 45 minutes passed!

This was the first experience with spending a session in a salt cave for my wife and me. It was clean and a very relaxing experience. We both came out of the suite feeling refreshed and relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The music was soothing and added to the experience. The tea afterwards was much appreciated and was a nice ending to the session.

We had an amazing time at the salt cave in Durham.at first it doesn’t seem like it would be as relaxing as it was. The zero gravity recliners were amazing with soothing sounds. All this comes together for a peaceful 45 minutes. Thank you we will be back. Especially when our guests come to town.

I was gifted a salt cave and massage experience by my Husband almost a year ago. The experience I had at OUSIA was amazing the entire staff was attentive and created the perfect environment for relaxation. Definitely will be returning for a couples massage.
