I went to get my nails done last week on Thursday, at first I was skeptical on coming in because I heard mixed reviews. But I really needed to get my nails done, so I called ahead because I wanted to see if they were busy since I did not have an appointment (and it was when the storm Nicole was passing Jacksonville so I wanted to see if it was still open) and they said they weren’t so I went in. I showed the nail tech, Linda the picture of the nails I wanted and she did an AMAZING job ! The first photo is the photo of what I showed her, the rest is what I got ! The price was 95$ which in my opinion isn’t bad since I asked for pearls on my nails plus the design. I gave a 18% tip so in total in was about 112$ ! I love love lovee them so much, I will definitely be coming back and asking for Linda again!

I had to leave feedback of my wonderful nail spa experience on my anniversary trip to Florida. My husband had his first pedicure here and I enjoyed the fabulous royal pedicure. I wanted to thank Ken for doing such a lovely job on my Aqua blue dipping powder nails. They’ve last a full month and I got so many compliments even as they grew out. The staff was so friendly and laughed so much with us throughout our visit. Thank you for making our trip so special.

This used to be nice when it opened but now it’s your typical dirty unskilled nail mill. You have got to see how filthy and lazy this place is to believe it. I didn’t get any pictures of the manicure area but all you have to do is look left and right to see the filth on everything. Most everyone there is miserable. Apparently the owner is never there so no one does anything. They barely do your nails right. Sad this went downhill.

Something must be done about this and quick. I could’ve snapped a ton of other pictures leaving the restroom as well but I thought I would spare myself more disgust. Terrible. The dip powder manicure oddly started peeling off from the back of the nail about a week and a half later. I’ve been getting dip powder nail service for years at salons across the country (except during the shutdown due to the pandemic.) Never seen this happen. The nail tech also did not provide a proper manicure and the crazy thing is it cost more at this salon than any other nail salon. I had to pay to get my nails completely redone and for less at a nail salon out of state. This should have lasted for my trip. I had embarrassingly chipped nails during a lot of important meetings because I did not have time to get them redone until days later. I should not have had to get a completely new manicure especially after paying what I paid. The nail tech also did not listen when I spoke with him about what kind of manicure I wanted. A waste of time and money. I do not recommend. I give this salon 2 thumbs down.

Without a prior appointment I was seen within 5 minutes. Showed my technician a picture of a gel manicure I wanted her to replicate and she knocked it out of the park! Worthy of its own social media pictures! I’ll be back.

The guy that did my nails cut into my cuticles and made them bleed and did nothing to clean it up initially. I asked what their procedure was for bleeds. He looked at me like I was crazy. He sprayed alcohol on my finger and tried to clean it up. He dipped the brush back into the bottle after it was on my bloodied finger. So, bad sanitary practices was the biggest issue. The other issue was with the polish job. The polish turned out nothing like the sample nail. The color and glitter is all uneven. I’ve had this polish before at other salons and it did not turn out like this. He asked if I wanted to change the polish, but I didn’t have time that day. No offer to come back to rectify the problem.

I love this place! I absolutely love Tony doing my nails. He is always very nice and courteous. He is difficult to get appointments with at times but that’s okay – he is worth the wait. All of the people that have done my pedicures are always very nice and the volcano pedicure is amazing! Acrylic nails, Dip powder, Pedicure, Hand & foot massages
