Critical: Professionalism, ValueI bought 2 groupons for a hydrafacial. After having to reschedule the first one, they made me “redeem” the groupon and then stopped responding to me to get another appointment. I shrugged it off and gave them the benefit of the doubt. For the SECOND groupon, they wouldn’t respond so I said I would have to report them for not responding. The owner called me yelling at me saying to not threaten her. When I KINDLY explained I only said that because I needed a response she said “okay. our next appointment is in 3 years” and hung up on me. I am baffled.I bought 2 groupons for a hydrafacial. It was a terrible experience I would say don’t give it a try!! After reading reviews and seeing people liking the services and others being unhappy I decided to give it a try myself. Most post that I read were people having issues with the Groupon so I decided to pay full office price than dealing with Groupon. Getting to schedule my appointment took them days to replied, I called no answer but text me later that day to just say “hold on” they left me holding for 3 days but I had to ask if they had appointments soon. Just terrible and unprofessional Customer service. Well I thought to myself they might be busy (being understandable) I go in and I’m walking around and wondering where i need to go since there no front desk or anyone to ask. I come to this maze hall with the room # with a sign that said “in session please wait” I walk back to sit on a sofa I waited with someone else thinking she there to see someone else since this location rent small rooms to different vendors. The lady comes out and calls the other lady’s name and ask me what I’m doing there I said I’m your 4 clock appointment she said are you sure she leaves with the other lady and comes back after 10mins (mind you I had waited 15mins before due to her doing a session she came out @415) and tell me that my appointment was next Monday I show her the text and it said next week Monday which it was the Monday I can in. She said okay come in and brought me to a dark room that was clutter with things and machines everywhere no room to walk to the bed. There were two beds which I wasn’t tell that I was going to go in with someone else which it was uncomfortable. I was scheduled for a facial and ultrasonic. My face was red after I don’t know if it was the products that she used or the machine few days later my face was dry. As for the ultrasonic she gave me a “magical pill” to take for 3 days and that I would lose 12lbs. That just a joke you will not lose weight with that we all know the secret to losing weight but getting this treatment can help your body to tone up or with cellulite after a lot of treatments. After the first treatment I saw some differences (keep in mind that I eat a healthy diet and workout 5x a week) Also when I got home I notice some skin burns which I thought it would be common due to the machine but come to realize the lady was going back and forward treating me and the other lady there so she forgot how long she left the pads on me which it burned my skin. The small results can be the treatment or my works out so I decided to go back and give it a try with my sister (it was a birthday gift for her) they never schedule me it took over a month of texting them to final getting an appointment (after a month of my sisters birthday) she said I have “3 tomorrow” I replied to put me down for tomorrow she never replied tomorrow comes I text around noon to check in if I was down for my appointment around 230 she reply ”sorry but we are all booked.” I would not recommend this place if there was a zero start they would be getting that from me. I hope that no one else experience anything like this with these people.

I’ve never seen such poor customer service in a company.**I had a Groupon I purchased in December. They were very difficult to get a hold of to schedule. Finally, in April I got a hold of them. I got rude and unprofessional emails which were also terribly written. I got a refund; do not recommend. After reading the reviews, I called two weeks in advance, and left a voice message about what date/time I was “hoping” to make our appt. (I bought a HydraFacial as a treat to pamper our daughter after having her baby, and I bought one for myself – because I have been losing weight and my skin could use a little added support!) I received a text response with an available time on the day we hoped for, a few hours later – which worked for us, too!

It has been 5 days and still no return call.*Update… I just texted (9/28/2020) the contact listed by their facebook. Whoever answers their texts, stated they never recieved my calls. Told me to “just call groupon for a refund”. This person said they do not schedule at 4pm, even though the person I scheduled with mentioned they do not take “late” appointments due to past now shows by other patrons and had me agree that I would definitely show at 4pm when we spoke. The person I just texted with said someone did in fact wait for me that date, which is a lie. Otherwise I would have had services, and this review would not be here. I even sent them a screen shot of me calling them that day. Still no apology for missed time or attempt to make up for it or acknowledgement this is wrong. Horrible experience. I could not reach anyone. Bought 8 sessions through groupon. Finally got an appointment but had to reschedule and couldn’t reach the . When I did woman was very rude. Booked another appointment and when O got there no one was there. They now say they are not refunding for 4 sessions for not giving 24 hour notice for one. Now I have no time or money to get this done before my event. Worst service I have ever received. Buyer Beware!
