I hate my nails! I asked for a full set and kept asking about the nail shape. I kept reiterating that i wanted a narrower shape but the woman wanted to debate over the shape of my natural nail. What is the point of getting a full set if you cant get the shape you want??? I’m disgusted by the way my nails look. I checked out with the woman who i believe is the manager or owner and she offered no solution at all! I will never return to this nail salon!

My first visit was wonderful. I paid with tip $150 for mani and pedi. They were super accommodating. The next two times I dialed it back on all the extras and the service went way down. By the last time I went they were rude I wanted a basic service and had broken 3 nails. I asked if they could fix it and ended up with bulky, odd shaped nails. I’ll go somewhere else.

1 star is way too high for the type of service you’ll receive. They’ll invite you back to re do the terrible work they did, but when you arrive, they’ll say everything is fine and they’ll refuse to make things right. Have been to many nail salons in my lifetime and this place is by far the worst. My 5 year old could’ve done a better gel manicure. Crazy. And Rosa is very rude and does not know anything about customer service. Save yourself a lot of disappointment and go anywhere else. There are so many great salons in Dunkirk. They’ll realize eventually.

This salon is awesome. I always have a great experience. Rosa the owner is an amazing person and really cares about her customers. I am a man and she cleans my eye brows up really nice with out making them look feminine. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was nervous coming here due to the ratings, but I am so glad I chose to come anyway. It is BEAUTIFUL in the inside, very clean, and calming. Trish gave me the best care! She is so nice and a very pleasant. I will be back for sure for my pedicures. Thank you!

Always Love the nails by Rosa!!! I’ve been a client since 2006. if your short on time and you want your nails and pedicure at the same time they are happy to do that upon request. Always happy with the shop, employees, and my nails!!! Rosa did an awesome job! Never been to a nicer, cleaner shop…Love them❤️

In my mind, This is the one of the best nail salons that my wife and I have been come. The staff were very welcoming guest, salon very clean, open and beautiful! The Tony’s Staff so professional and friendly here! They always execute the designs my wife want perfectly, Foot massage was fantastic. . Highly recommend this place to my family and friend especially foot massage I love ^^.

I stopped in as a walk-in to have my nails removed and get a Mani Pedi. They did an excellent job removing my nails without damaging my real nails and took their time so it wasn’t painful. The pedicure was great and everything was very reasonably priced. I will definitely come again!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just got a fill-in Friday July 2nd night and Saturday July 3rd the nail started lifting and it came off on Sunday July4th. I went back on Sunday to get it fixed but they were closed (July 4th). So I went back Monday July 5. Rosa tells me I would have to pay for them fixing my nail $5. I said no I am not. I just got them done. She said they don’t fix long nails. If it was short or an full set than they would fix it for free. She said I had to have hit my nail on something. No I haven’t. Never again would I ever spend my money there. The damn nail only last 24hours.. I have had multiple fill-ins and never have one came completely off.. Horrible service.
