Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKelly, and Mariesa are both awesome! They are very personable, listen to you, and ask you what you want out of your visit. They do not do things that will not work for you, and their motto is “less is better” when it comes to using Botox. I love it that they are honest with you, and they really try to make you feel better. My skin has totally improved since coming to Dunkirk Aesthetics! It is much brighter, and I do not have the acne, or the lines on my face I used to have. I also had the micro blading done on my eyebrows, and they look incredible!! They took their time to match the color, and I didn’t feel a thing when she started. She even recommended I go on Accutane at one point when it was too bad for her to do the microneedling that we wanted to do, which meant I couldn’t see her for the 9 months I was on the medication. Her main concern is her patients and their wellbeing, not money, which is why so many of them are loyal to her. My last visit was with Mariesa who was also lovely. I trust anyone that Kelly hires because I know she expects quality and good-hearted people like herself. Kelly is always taking new training classes and learning new things so that she can provide the absolute best care possible.
