I went to this nail shop yesterday for the first time. My nail salon is in Arlington and they’re really good. I saw an associate in Wal-Mart and her nails were stunning! I asked her were she went and she referred me to David at this salon, which is very close to me. David was super amazing. He was very meticulous and listened to what I wanted. David gained a permanent client today. Nothing against my previous nail salon, except the drive was far. Thank you David!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place literally made my toes bleed. I was appreciative that they were able to seat my party quickly and had so much space but that was where the positive things stopped. I felt rushed through our services, the nail polishes were all mixed up so it was harder to choose a color, and my nail tech made multiple of my toes bleed by cutting in too deep.

I am a regular at this nail salon and I continue to come back because of the customer service. An does my pedicures and she provides an excellent experience every time I see her, which has been over 4 years now. John does my fingernails and his ability to consistently shape nails to complement my hands is spectacular. They are warm and friendly and I look forward to my visits to Duncanville Nail Salon.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. This was my first time at this nail salon. I paid for the $40 pedicure which in the description included callus removal and massage. I didn’t get either. When he (I didn’t get his name) was finished with polishing my nails, I did request for him to return to perform the callus removal. He proceeded to tell me I didn’t need it as he was doing the callus removal. I pointed out to the towel below where you could see the dead skin falling and responded that yes I did need it. I also didn’t get massaged and he was very light to touch. Rather than just not performing services that the customer is requesting and paying for – communicate with the customer if you feel they really don’t need the service rather than not fulfilling the service yet expecting full payment for it. It honestly just felt like I went in to get a plain polish service rather than a full service pedicure. However, I have never been the person to cause a scene and demand discounts etc. Instead I leave with my experience and decide to not return. My friend that was with me also didn’t get massaged. She also did ask her nail tech if she could see the gel color options prior to beginning her pedicure service. The tech must have forgotten and didn’t bring my friend the gel colors to select from and instead just proceeded to apply white gel on her toenails. My friend did correct her and again told her that she had asked to see the color options.

I have always had a great experience coming in. This time was a bit different, I don’t normally ask for designs on my nails but it being Halloween I felt like it was a good occasion. The gentleman that did my blood design was actually great it was more the nail technician that I felt was being pushy on how “she” thought it should be VS what I wanted. I made sure and say that I wasn’t happy and would’ve wanted them a different but they did nothing to fix it.

The man that did my fill did not complete my design as discussed. When he was finished with my nails he walked away even though I told him my daughter was getting hers done too. I’m guessing because she’s 7 and services aren’t as costly, he’d rather do someone else’s. He went to the front and started on someone else nails with no explanation!
