I have been going to Whitney for four or five years. I called her and had to cancel my appointment because I was sick running fever and could hardly talk. They scheduled me another appointment for like four days later. I had never cancelled on her ever. She had cancelled on me 3 times. Once because she wanted to do something with her husband and the other two times was because she was sick. I went to have my hair colored every 5 weeks. Well she called me and told me she had a new cancellation policy that if you cancelled it was $50.00. I told her that I would just come on in but I was sick and running fever. She told me she had already scheduled someone else in my spot. I told her that I had never been told ever that if u cancelled that it would be $50. I guess she had never told me that because I had never cancelled in 5 years. I told her that I had always been a great customer, never complained or anything but I guess she never took that into consideration

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityScheduled a wedding style with Chelsea for the bride, bridal party, and mothers of the party. Chelsea has been scheduled for this wedding for 3 months. Less than 30 days out, she notified us that she had a “miscommunication” with the salon and is unable to fulfill her scheduled obligation. Miscommunications happen, what is frustrating is her lackluster response.Her only suggestion was “I’d call Quail or Penn’s Duncan Brothers to see if they’re available”. Highly unprofessional and left without a hair stylist on a wedding day for 6 people. My stylist, Chelsea, is not only great at her job, she’s sweet, kind, down to earth, and so easy to talk to. She’s very knowledgeable about all things hair, and takes extra classes to stay up on latest trends.

It’s really hard to find a stylist that can cut and color, but she does exist! I started going to Ashley P. a while back and she does excellent color. My hair is naturally dark and I’ve colored it black many, many times so it’s not the easiest to lighten. That being said, any time I’ve lightened it (it’s currently very blonde) it’s always turned out well. She’s always been cautious and never has tried to over color it in one setting in attempt to avoid compromising the health of my hair. I highly recommend!

I didn’t even get my hair done here, my sister did. Anyways, the cleanliness here was horrible. They didn’t sweep between clients and there’s hair all the way at the front too. My sister and I also had to change stylist and wait an hour and a half while she finished a guys haircut. Not only that, but the whole duncan brothers salon phone system was horrible. She called the okc one and they scheduled her in Edmond without letting her know. Will never go back

I’ve been there 4 times and have never been completely happy with my hair. The stylist never did my hair EXACTLY how I wanted her too. On top of all of that, it was ridiculously expensive. I tried giving them several chances but im afraid that I’ll have to go somewhere else.
