I love getting my hair cut and colored with Crystal. I enjoy the new styles and exciting new treatments she offers to keep my hair healthy and looking the best. Also, their decor, from the front desk to the back, is always fresh and seasonal. You can tell they put energy into making it look amazing. Just what you would expect from a classy salon.

What an amazing experience each time I visit Dun Artie! Recently, I received a terrific haircut from Michelle Reason. She is very friendly and really knows how to recommend a good hair product! Also, I had a much needed massage from Tammy and I have to say how much better I truly felt afterwards!!!

Only had EXCELLENT service at Dun’Artie! I have had so much done here! Kim does an amazing job on my hair every time and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. Having a Mani and pedi is such a relaxing and enjoyable experience I could spend all day at the spa. I would recommend this place to anyone! LOVE,LOVE, LOVE!!!

I had a terrible experience here. My stylist performed two services on my hair – a very expensive keratin treatment as well as an all over color. When she was done I proceeded to the front desk where I was quoted a much higher price than originally quoted by the stylist. I asked to speak with the stylist who I had already tipped cash and was told that she had left immediately after our appointment because she wasnt feeling good. Mind you, this was less than five minutes after I left the stylists chair. I was told to pay the balance in full and to come back in the next day and they would take care of it and issue me a credit if due. I came in the next day and the stylist was not available. Long story short – this proceeded for a week, I spoke with the store manager who was new at the time and finally wrote a letter to the sisters who own the salon and my letter was never answered. They completely ignore me … I paid cash. had I paid with a card – this would not have happened. They care about $ only and not their clients.

An unassuming exterior, I was pleasantly suprised with this spa. The service was exceptional from the minute I walked in and was welcomed and shown around. Quality robes and comfortable waiting areas preceded an exceptionally good full body massage from Heather. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spa to others looking to wind down in a relaxing and friendly environment.

BEST UPDO I HAVE EVER HAD!!! 🙂 I’ve worked at a lot of Marine balls, but never got to attend one as a guest until this past season. My husband wanted it to be special, and insisted I go all out to get ready. Autumn Leidecker was my first and only call to do my hair, and I’m so glad I was able to get in with her. She made sure I was comfortable and settled, and that we were both on the same page about what I wanted before she started. She gave great suggestions and had wonderful ideas, while taking into consideration what I envisioned, the style of my dress, etc. I have a LOT of hair and have had other stylists rush through towards the end so they stayed on schedule. Autumn took her time and made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with it before I left. She also talked to me while she was working on my hair and took an honest, active interest in getting to know me better. Not only did she do an amazing job with my hair, but she was so gentle with my hair. This was the first updo I’d ever had where the bobby pins weren’t shoved into my scalp, giving me a headache. I was so comfortable and felt so pretty. My hair held up beautifully all night, and I got so many compliments on it. My husband thought it was beautiful and I loved it. When I need another updo in the future, I will definitely be going to see Autumn again. She is also my first referral to my friends and the brides that I work with. Whatever event you need an updo for, look no further than Autumn Leidecker for a beautiful, modern, elegant style that you will love having done as much as you will love the final result.

Will never go back to this place. Went to get my hair done for my wedding, was late getting back due to Nichole (my hair stylist). She Charged me way more than I was quoted for and for the extra time it took. The extra time was due to her putting my extensions together Wrong and then her having to redo them while I waited. I had no problems waiting but then to be charged for her mistake and NOT told about the charge till the END of the appointment is unacceptable!!! Talked to a manager and she had Nichole call me back and all I got was.. It wasn’t my fault and sorry they quoted you a wrong price but that’s not my fault and the time it took was because the extensions you got didn’t curl right and the hair was to long.
