Rachel is extremely knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have purchased a Seize the Deal special when she first started her business. She has helped me so much! I love her technique and that she helps me by giving me exercises/stretches to work on at home so it further helps me with the issues I have going on.

Without a doubt the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever worked with. I have had chronic lower abdominal, groin and hip-flexer pain for the last 5 years and have done just about everything you can do to not only find the root of the problem but to also get rid of it. I described my situation to Rachel and she explained to me in a very clear and understanding way for someone with no real understanding of the human body in relation to what was wrong. After a few sessions with her I was feeling the best I had ever felt in 4 years with an extreme drop in pain and discomfort levels. I have be getting Massages at Duluth Specialty Massage since they opened. Rachel is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I have had sciatic pain shooting down my leg for years and now it is all gone thanks to her. she knows all of the muscle groups and exactly how they are supposed to function. If I had to rate Amiee’s massage skills on a scale of 1 to 10 she is unquestionably an 11. After ONE visit my pain is mostly gone. I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. If you are in pain, RUN(if you can)- don’t walk, to see her. The small extra charge for the hot stones she uses is definitely well worth the price. Aimee was awesome! have had a tense/sore back for two or so months which has caused my migraines to start back up. after seeing a Chiropractor I was told my muscles were too tense to make adjustments, hence the massage, Amy was able to not only do a great job with my back/shoulders but also name some of the muscles that were really tense and show what positions/moments were causing them as well as stretches for them.
