Amazing experience. I haven’t been to the nail salon at the Miller Hill Mall in years. My mom and I both went in yesterday (Saturday Afternoon). Busy but not crowded. We walked in and were greeted right away! We picked the color we wanted and within five minutes both of us were getting our nails worked on. I had the pleasure of having their new employee named Daisy do my nails. She was very kind, professional and efficient. I would definitely love to have Daisy do my nails again next time. I have been trying out different nail salons in Duluth every time I come to get my nails redone. I have finally found a nail salon that I’m truly happy with and I am excited for next time.

The nail tech did a fantastic job! I was sat down immediately, though the lady was getting up and down a lot but then transferred me over to a different nail tech, Kevin, and everything was smoothly it was my first time getting acrylics, so I had some questions and concerns, and he answered them. I was originally going to do clouds on my nails, but decided I didn’t want it anymore. He convinced me to try to just put them on my ring fingers, telling me he could take it off if I didn’t like it. I absolutely loved it! I would definitely recommend Kevin, I would go back! 🙂

I normally always have a good experience here. However this time the women doing my nails stopped in the middle to go start someone else’s and then rushed to finish mine. Because of this they are shaped uneven, bumpy, and some of them don’t even have paint on the sides. For $60 I think they should at least be shaped correctly or painted fully. I will say her designs are pretty good but the overall shape of the nail is not

This is my first time ever visiting Duluth Nails and Spa and I am very happy with my results, came in early for my appointment and they got to work right away. The woman that was doing my nails did walk away a few times to help other customers because it was relatively busy, but she always got back to me quickly. I am very happy with my nails, and I will be coming again.

My nails are ok I like them. Some are bumpy and uneven. But what bummed me out the most was having to wait for over an hour to get my nails done. This was my first time using this nail salon. And I drove 60 miles and paid 80.00 for my nails. I think they need to not rush through doing everyone’s nails. Gel manicures

Had the worst experience ever!! Had my sis in law, best friend n myself, for 3 full sets. First with appointments it took 1 & 1/2 hour for one of us to get in than another 30 min for the second and 15 more min before the last one of us got in. Then the one of us who got in last, got the “manager.” While she is getting her nails done this lady is answering the phone, writing appointments in a notebook, dealing with customers as they are coming in, and telling her employees what to do!! All while yanking on my friends wrists and jamming her hands in the hand dryer, to the point she bruised her wrists and hands. The manager also messed up on 3 nails and instead of using nail polish remover and clearing the old bad polish off, she used her own nails to try and scrap it off and then tried repainting them!! After we tried to speak with her about the TERRIBLE job she did, she ignored us!! As the “manager” she did nothing, didn’t refund any of the money, didn’t offer a free fill or set or ANYTHING!! She just ignored us and went back to working on another ladies nails. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a nail salon and from a “manager”!!! I will never go there again nor tell anyone to go there, for what we paid for 3 full sets and the service it was not worth it. My teenage daughter could have done our nails better than that manager!!!

They did a half job on my feet. It had been since October the last time I got my feet done. I had to tell him to do my cuticles or he wasn’t going to do them. My feet were still rough and hard on the sides in the back. Then they charge a 2% tax fee and had the nerve to ask for a tip. The paint job at the end was nice but I don’t think I’ll be going back there. No time soon. I’ll stick to Superior.

I got a Full set on 01/03/23 and the set didnt even last 2 weeks. 2 of the nails just fell off. A couple of the nails werent filed correctly on the underside and had chunks of acrylic I have to remove myself.
