I took my son to them trying to get all of my errands done and home before Noon. They were AMAZING! I LOVE my son’s haircut and they were absolutely welcoming and friendly. I will be back. Thank you guys!

HORRIBLE experience – I literally just left the shop now. I showed them a photo of a faded beard, the woman hairdresser confirmed that she understood what I wanted, and she proceeded to SHAVE MY ENTIRE BEARD OFF. Literally. Insanity – I had to stop her in the middle of her terrible job to stand up and leave. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! It deserves to be shut down immediately.

It was time for a trim! My first time and I was seated immediately. A very nice gentlemen cut my hair. Very nice work! He does not rush and is very professional. Very nice environment. Everybody is friendly and smiles. I’ll be going there again! GREAT barbershop! Thank you! Haircut

It’s ok, but I’ll probably be getting a hair cut again in two weeks, from a different place.

*Update* Stopped by today and they really made sure to cut my hair right. Still quite a high price point though (we pay $15 at Ft Belvoir). I guess they need to work on consistency between barbers. Raised my rating by a star.

This is not a beauty shop! It is a good old-fashioned Barber Shop that charges $20 for a man’s haircut. I don’t think I’ve ever left their dissatisfied and most of the times I really really am happy with the results.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityCustomer beware! I have been here a couple times since the opening of the Phases in VA due to the pandemic. Both times one barber, Brian, has accepted a customer with no mask on, although the Mandated mask notice is posted on their front entrance. He also has denied his co-workers attempts to provide the customer with a complimentary mask, placing customers and staff at risk. When mentioned to him, he just laughed and ignored the concern. I’m not a staunch defender for the mask wearing however my wife has respiratory issues and I have to be cautious not to have her exposed to the virus. She happened to be there this recent time and had to go wait in the car. I understand people have the right to make their own choice as to wearing a mask, but not when its required in specific sites. Just go where you don’t have to wear one. The first time I went they disinfected the chair and work station before I sat down, but this time they did not. That aside, as for their hair cutting ability, for a $20 haircut, I would put them on the less skilled level. They don’t listen to what you want done, but are more interested in telling you what they will do and fail to accomplish a satisfying job. I actually had to argue with the barber to tell him what I wanted. Both times, I have needed to have my hair redone to correct poor grooming work.Customer beware!
