Everyone is super-friendly in this salon. The premises and tools are kept clean, clean, clean, which makes me very comfortable. I always enjoy my trips to this salon. The photo is 2 weeks after my visit and my nails still look amazing!

As a nail tech myself I find it interesting to get my nails done other places and just observe. Did not properly prep. Up charge for normal length acrylics. God awful shaping. Didn’t clean up my cuticles at all. Left dust everywhere even while applying acrylic. No apex in site. Thin application. Chunks missing in nail and odd points and shaping. So I have gotten acrylics here before and they were decent after this time I won’t be coming back. As a nail tech myself I find it interesting to get my nails done other places and just observe. My nails both look and feel like candy. Exellent job, better than all of the salons i have been to in the past. They can do any style design and type of nails. I will continue driving from Lincoln to Gretna just to get my nails done there. They also have more colors than i have ever seen. None of the colors are old and sticky. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXPERTISE!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI do not recommend! I took my daughter and her friend there today. The quality of work was poor. When I asked them to fix it, the female technician told me I would need to pay extra. I was not going to pay extra for them to fix their poor quality. The female technician, stood up and started yelling at me that she was going to call the police and got my license plate number. The male technician tried to tell me that the problem was their nails. There was clumps on polish on the nails, polish outside of the cuticle and cotton fibers in polish. They “fixed” some of the issues but were rude. My 6 year old likes to get her toes and fingers done in rainbow colors, they told us it would be an extra charge of $4 a toe for multiple colors. We have never had any place charge extra for kids toes let alone $4 a toe. I’m glad they said something before they just did it, but won’t be returning. The 2 team members that did our pedis were friendly and professional, but i had made appts for myself and 2 little boys and we waited for 30 minutes until they started on our toes. Then they spoke in a foreign language to each other the whole time, which I thought was rude because we could not understand them. Also I tried to get pricing on their website in advance of our appt but their site was only in a non-English language.

My daughter went in to have her eyebrows cleaned up. They removed over 3/4 of her beauty eyebrows. They were full and now they are then as a nail. Very thankful she is young and they will grow back. The lady waxed one eyebrow then asked “ how do you like?” Umm a little to late. She had no choice but to say she like it. She couldn’t walk out with one think eyebrow and one thin eyebrow.

HORRIBLE! RUDE! My daughter went to get her nails done for Homecoming today. They cut her thumb at the base, only put on two thin coats (you can still see the nail tips through it) and left polish slopped over on her skin. Looks like a 5 year old painted them. I called to complain and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. They didn’t even offer to fix or clean up the horrible job they did. NEVER GO HERE!

I went in for the basic pedicure which was supposed to include a massage and hot towel treatment. The entire pedicure only took 15 minutes. The hot towels were on for 30 seconds and the “massage” consisted of her rubbing lotion on my legs and feet and calling it good. The polish was applied poorly.
