Dulce Lash Lounge is the absolute best and you’ll never find anywhere better. My lashes looked phenomenal when I left and lasted so long. I got my first fill after 3 weeks but I could have gone longer. So many people have complimented me on how natural and good my lashes look. By far the best lash extensions I’ve ever gotten and the service there is A1 – so professional and nice. I HIGHLY recommend booking here (I book with Diondra)! You will not regret it.

I relocated to Seattle and started coming to Dulce from another lash bar. Appointments were available when I needed one, which I LOVED. But I felt like the quality of my lashes weren’t super great. She asked questions on preference and I could tell she wanted to cater the session for me – which I appreciated! I don’t think I’ve ever been asked in such depth what I would like. My sister introduced me to this amazing establishment last year and I just Love how I get the same amazing thick, full, and long lasting lashes at any location. We all know how exhausting it can get trying to fit your schedule around your “lash lady” but here that’s never a problem. Ive seen about 8 different techs between all 3 Dulce Locations and loved them all!

I started coming to Dulce over 3yrs ago, and have had nothing but amazing experiences. The staff is more knowledgable about lashes-styling, eye shape, lash health, maintenance, tinting, lifting etc. than most other lash businesses popping up. They book quickly, which means they must be good, so be sure to call ahead for a special event coming up or to stay on track with your lash cycle. Their new junior stylists are trained by their amazing masters stylists, so you’re guaranteed consistency from each appointment, which is great if you can’t get in with them for emergency fixes orlast minute appointments! I recommend Dulce hands down!

I’m giving a one star review not based on the quality of work that I’ve experienced at Dulce but due to their poor customer service. I have been going to Dulce for the last few months in preparation for my wedding. After receiving my confirmation text the day before my appt (which I confirmed for) I came in for my last appointment before the wedding to find that my appointment had been cancelled by the manager that morning because my lash stylist had moved to the Mercer Island location. I had just been in two weeks prior and it was never mentioned to me that she would be moving nor did I receive a phone call or voicemail stating that I would need to move my appt until the morning of my appointment. I looked back at my email and verified that I had not received any notification prior to the morning of stating that my stylist had left. They had no way to accommodate me and I was leaving town that same evening as it is a destination wedding. The woman who had to break the news to me was hardly apologetic and kept insinuating that it was my fault because they had tried to get a hold of me which I assured her after looking through voicemails, emails and phone calls that I had not been notified until that morning.

Beautiful space, wonderful service, and easy scheduling. I am incredibly happy with my lash lift and tint, and the conversation with Sang Mi. I have already shared before/after pictures with my girlfriends, and recommended they get their lashes done. I will 100% be back. I am also likely to get microblading done next year when I current microblading wears off.
