It’s not the most comfortable space but the manicurists are nice and effective. I’ve done mostly basic manicure and pedicure (gel) and they have done a very decent job at a competitive price. There’s parking in the strip mall which is helpful. The massage chairs are comfy. A bit old but it does the trick.

Experience is very dependent on who does your nails. The women I had recently cut my nails all the way off way to short and uneven. A second women pained my nails and I had her even them out. I am mostly upset with the length of my nails. I would never cut them this short I think they look stupid and my fingers are in discomfort from being cut so short.

I was in duke nail spa this morning at Eagle Rock. I arrived at 11:10. First the 4 employees are working on the two customers, hand and foot, then two of us came. There are 2 more employees came. Both of this two employees went to do the nail and foot of the 3rd customer. I waited for 38 minutes. I was so disappointed with their system. Who ever in charge is not doing their job. I did not see the owner. I just get up and walk away and I said better improve your system.

Their products don’t have great quality. The acrylic easily chips & they don’t have that many gel colors to choose from. The nail colors in the book for gel polish don’t match the polish what goes on your actual nail. Also, they’re not that great at stiletto shape nails.

What a horrible experience, everyone that works here have very mean attitude and so unkind. The lady who did my nail was kind and sweet but the guy and the rest of the staff were nasty. Extremely overpriced and just negative energy towards customers, I would never return here! The place is also not hygienic at all!
