I appreciate the staff’s patience with my family member who suffers from dementia. Very friendly when walking in the door and took our temperature. Unfortunately the visit goes down hill from there…the appointments for all three of us took over 3 hours and for me I expected that but for my other two family members who were getting haircuts on short natural hair and washes seems excessive. Really disappointed that the “home of the roller set” had no clue on how to curl my hair. After sitting under the dryer for 2 hours and paying over $70 for a simple style, my hair has a film of stickiness and white flaky product and no curl definition at all. Total waste of time and money.

I’ve gone to this hair salon, and the stylists are undertrained, and it seems as though they don’t know how to do natural hair. I’ve seen where the owner had to show the stylist how to do the styles on the clients. Is this a salon or a beauty college? It seems that they just hire anyone with a cosmology license; They never provide what service you paid for on the receipt. DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR SALON!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WILL DESTROY YOUR HAIR!!

My service was great, stylist made me feel at home (laughter), and service was on a discounted day. The stylist did such a awesome job of “finding” my problem, that I gave the difference of the price as a tip to her. I was very pleased and will return again. I was glad she found them!

Went to get my natural hair colored and styled. Was never shown price list and was advised to get 2 different colors and a set per owner. They were friendly, but the owner was very gossipy about employees personal business. She was advising the young lady (who told me she has worked as a stylist for several years) who was doing my hair on what to do. The young lady was doing a roller set on my hair and when i asked her to use smaller rollers for a tighter curl, she told me i could only choose between 2 of the bigger sizes. Assuming that I was getting some type of deal i went with it. She moved slowly doing my hair and then wanted to rush in the end when it was near time for her to leave. My hair did not look like it had been colored and it was still damp. In addition to her using a product on my hair that I told her plainly breaks me out. I was charged $95.00 after she applied a “20% promotional discount”. She told me I should come back in 2 weeks and pay another $65.00 and get more color added because it would still be under discount. I would never advise anyone to go to this shop. I basically got overcharged for a service that would have looked much better had I gotten it done at the beauty school. And she tried to convince me the color looked nice. No one could see it because it didn’t take. Now I know why the salon was empty.

Went in today and got my hair done. My stylist ( Amera, sorry probably misspelled her name) was so sweet, funny, and knew exactly what she was talking about and doing far as my hair. She provided excellent tips. Everyone there was so sweet and felt like family. I have found a new salon home. I absolutely love my hair and the environment! Would recommend to anyone. If I could rate more stars I would! 🙂

Needed a trim and possibly another pass with flat iron after a failed attempt at home. Spent over an hour waiting. Then when I asked for less heat the unprofessional stylist kept making side comments about the “bushy” look. Was never told a price until the end when she attempted to charge me $58 for a trim and curl. The bulk of my time was spent waiting. Will never go back unless I am intentionally trying to be overcharged for something and treated rudely.

I spent $180 to get my 3 girls hair done . The stylists weren’t too patient with my girls. It’s wasn’t the greatest but it was ok. Big names don’t make you the greatest. Your kindness and the quality of your work and character means a lot.

I heard about this school through a friend, but my this was my first time experience awful customer service in person. I walked in and spoke to the instructor, she wa really rude and disrespectful. I was only trying to find another hair styles for my daughter to go too but this will not be it. I never had someone talk or walk away from me so rudely without helping me . I made my daughter appointment with the owner Mrs. Dudley and she gave me a quote but when I cam on Saturday the instructor I spoke to wasn’t trying to hear what I was saying or even have someone to work on my daughter hair. I really hope that the attitude and bad customers she had with me will be the last .
