Critical: Quality, ValueAbsolutely horrible nail results. I asked for the picture below and walked out with a picture following. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame here for a manicure on my birthday which just so happened to fall on Memorial Day. Had trouble finding a place that was open so we came to Duci and I was blown away. Sean gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had in my life. The attention to detail was phenomenal and I never told him it was my birthday; I got the same treatment any other customer would. Came here for a manicure on my birthday which just so happened to fall on Memorial Day. Had trouble finding a place that was open so we came to Duci and I was blown away. Sean gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had in my life. The attention to detail was phenomenal and I never told him it was my birthday; I got the same treatment any other customer would. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy friend and I decided to go get our nails done yesterday. We decided to go to Duci Nails, it was picked up and organized in the salon. I had a female nail artist and my friend had the male. The female nail artist, didn’t get to catch her name, was extremely nice and did my nails fantastic. However, the male artist was very rude. My friend who is biracial was treated terribly there. The male artist would raise his voice and wouldn’t let her pick out the color she wanted. He did her acrylics and then let the female artist polish them. When my friends nails were not even dry yet, he yelled “You’re Done” and turned off her LED light. We both ignored it and continued to check out and leave. I had paid 95$ for both of the sets. I had 118$ on my card. Today I called to see how much I had on my card, I had $2. My friend and I decided to go get our nails done yesterday. We decided to go to Duci Nails, it was picked up and organized in the salon. I had a female nail artist and my friend had the male.
