Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThe guy who did my gel manicure cut me twice. He still continued to paint the nails while I was still bleeding, mixing the blood with the polish. He did not throw away the bottle of nail polish. He put it back on the shelf. The nail polish came right off my finger because there was a bubble of blood underneath it.
