Luann is great! During the pandemic she came to our house and cut our hair outside to help us feel comfortable! Also I used to take my daughter to get her hair highlighted somewhere else but I only take her to Luann now because she does a beautiful job every time and gets us in right away! I highly recommend her!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe owner LuAnn is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all! If I could give zero stars I would! She’s super rough on hair, & doesn’t seem to care about her customers feedback when she’s done wrong. If you’re in Dublin, do NOT come here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Not only is she not professional, she doesn’t really know what she’s doing! Her place wasn’t the cleanest & if you’re looking for a place to give their fullest attention to you, well, don’t expect that here! You would think someone who owns their own business in thier 60s would want to be more business professional with their clients. I could go on about the constructive criticism I shared with LuAnn but I won’t because she knows what she did & refuses to take any responsibility for destroying my hair just shy of a few weeks before my Wedding! The right think to do wouldve been to refund my money or even give a partial refund which is what I originally asked her for, then she decided to play the “victim”. LuAnn is such a Joke & huge waste of money!I have attached pictures for reference. The professional photos are what I said I wanted. I asked if she couldn’t achieve one look, could she do the other & she said she could. The pic collage is of my actual hair & the “before” top photos are actually AFTER photos from the damage LuAnn did on my hair! For almost $300 she royally fudged up. The actual “after” bottom photos is from me going to see 3 different hair experts, getting deep conditioning treatments done & finding one that I felt confident enough to help fix the damage done. Mind you, this came just 1 week before my wedding. All LuAnn wanted to do to fix the situation was slap more toner on it. Ney-Ney LuAnn. That was NOT the correct way to fix the damage.Anyways – DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! If you do. I wish you the best of luck.The owner LuAnn is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all! I just moved into the area in April and was looking for a salon to go to. I stopped in without an appointment and was embraced and felt welcomed by the owner of the salon and her employees. I was given a super hair cut and color and went home very happy. Since that day I have gone to the salon many times for a facial, pedicures, manicures, hair color and cuts. I have received many compliments on the color and cut of my hair. Just yesterday I received a compliment on the color and style of my cut just before a work out! I had not even tried to fix it! I know a good precision cut when I see one and that is what I get every time I go to Dublin Hair and Nails. The atmosphere is welcoming, the salon is clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this salon over most. You are personally treated and get the highest quality care for your money unlike some of the other larger salons where you are a number on an assembly line. YES! to Dublin Hair and Nails! And YES to the owner and her employees!!

I have been going to this salon for 15 years. I see the owner, Lou Ann. I cannot speak highly enough of Lou Ann and her business. She is highly skilled, professional and such an enjoyable person! She has cut, colored and highlighted my hair every which way and each time is better than the last. I’ve also enjoyed facial waxing services and several pedicures over the years. Dublin Hair and Nails is a superior salon, one where you will get personalized, high quality service!

LuAnn was a bit rough, pulling my hair. She also rushed. But the haircut looks okay, though I wouldn’t pay $40 for that quality. The premises are way too small. I had to switch places two times with other customers because there was only one sink for hair washing. And that was also the haircutting station (with the sink). The place in general was a bit dirty.

Has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a gift certificate for $60 for a mother’s day gift and it was a complete waste. Called to see if we could use the gift certificate to get two pedicures and I was told that that was more expensive and they could do an express pedicure. First off, I would’ve been more than happy to pay the cost difference and secondly I can wash my own feet. Decided I would try to schedule a hair appt and the only day I had available she isn’t working. Never offered any other dates, times excetra. Just seems like she had no interest in my concerns or even tried to work with me. Instead she was an exceptional customer service person that likes to Hang Up The Phone on you instead of taking care of business. Would not recommend anyone going there. My own red flag when I bought the certificate should have steered me away however I thought that I would give it a try and that was a huge mistake. There are way to many businesses out there to treat people that way.

Been going to DHN for over 20 years; my first visit was due to getting a butcher job at a chain haircut salon; Lu Ann did an amazing job fixing the mess, and making my hair look almost natural again. Each time I make an appointment and sit down in the chair, I know I can expect a consistent, quality cut with no surprises. The atmosphere is small town comfortable, with no assembly line feel. Lu Ann always greets me by name, and is flexible in meeting my needs in setting appointment times. Highly recommended!

I approached LuAnn (the owner) a couple of years ago when I was looking for a new stylist to apply henna and indigo in my hair rather than regular commercial hair dye (due to trying for a baby). She was very kind and welcoming and said she had not done it before but was happy to try it for me. I have gotten haircuts and hair color from both LuAnn and Shonia, another stylist there. Both are wonderful. They give great haircuts and are so kind and personable. I always look forward to my time at Dublin Hair and Nails. Shonia has become my primary stylist there and does a very thorough job covering all of my grays every single time with the henna concoction I make, and she somehow manages to do so in an hour, which is 2/3 as long as my previous stylists at other salons always took. She also gives the BEST head massage with her shampoos! I also love the decor of the salon. It is cozy and beautiful. Basically, I can’t say enough good things about this salon and LuAnn and Shonia. They and the other stylists there have never made me feel weird about coloring my hair with henna, which I have felt from some of the stylists at other salons. They couldn’t be more supportive or understanding of my reasons for using it. I have been a customer of Dublin Hair and Nails for the past two plus years and will continue going there for all of my hair color and styling needs.
