Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI wanted a body perm. I am fairly new in the neighboring area and wanted to know a good stylist salon. I was referred to dub hair studio and Diane did an excellent job. Price was expected for this type of service and it was better than I have had in a very long time for a body perm .She was very pleasant and I will be back. Stephanie and others were there and all were very pleasant and friendly.. I wanted a body perm. I am fairly new in the neighboring area and wanted to know a good stylist salon. I was referred to dub hair studio and Diane did an excellent job. Price was expected for this type of service and it was better than I have had in a very long time for a body perm .She was very pleasant and I will be back. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAsked for a pixie cut and color (read: NOT a bob); paid $120 for a bob where she shaved the back of my head like a friar; I went to Great Clips directly afterward to have them fix it and should have just gone there in the first place.The stylist Diane was unresponsive, constantly forgot what she was doing, and didn’t communicate what she was doing or why; whenever I asked, her responses were misleading or dismissive. She didn’t understand that I couldn’t see what was going on because I couldn’t wear my glasses (obviously) while getting my hair done.
