I had to get my son’s haircut last minute before we left to go back to Washington DC, so I did not have an appointment. But this Barber shop did accommodate us. and the barber did a really great job, I believe his name was Ricky.

Clean shop with cool friendly dudes working there. My only grievance is the lack of professionalism and customer service. Tried out two different barbers there. the first one (Nick) I was a walk in customer and he took me right in. Cool dude decent cut although his fingers smelled like cigarettes’ the whole time. Then for our first appointment he was a no show. Didn’t text or call I had to reach out to see what was going on. Said he had a Dr. appointment which he forgot about. Didn’t even offer a rebooking discount after totally flaking on our appointment just said he’d be in later if i want a cut. Second barber I had is a very good barber and a nice dude (Marton). Just double books appointments. Received appointment confirmation at 11pm the night before showed up at 10am our scheduled time and some other Cat just got in the chair. Some of us don’t have the time to sit around 45 min – 1 hour before we get in the chair, that is the whole point of making an appointment. Friendly staff with good vibes, I gave them two chances but time is valuable. Shop has real potential however, owner needs to set some guidelines/protocols for customer service for it’s young staff. I will not be going back.

Family oriented, comfortable and respectful atmosphere. I brought my son and daughter here and I’ve never felt more welcome in a barber shop. K is so sweet and she braids hair beautifully! I found our spot for all my kids hair cutting and braiding needs! HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Worst haircut I had in awhile. Was in the chair for an hour and not sure what he cut off, looks almost the same when I went in there. Worst thing is the barber did not have his license. I heard him tell another barber that he is working on it. Dkuts got amateurs cutting your hair for full price.

Hands down BEST experience I’ve had at a Barber or Salon ever! I’ve been cutting my husband’s and boys’ hair for the last 10ish years and it was a relief to finally find a place I can trust to do a great job. Niqk and De’Jon gave my boys awesome cuts and put up with my picky preferences. They were kind, courteous, friendly, patient, professional, and skilled. They put my sons at ease. They paid attention to detail, blending, edging and checking their work thoroughly. Thank you Dtour Kuts!!!
