Do not purchase the Groupon for botox. It is impossible to get a timely appointment and 3! times my appointment has been canceled, 2 of them being the day of. Very unreliable. I have requested a refund after today’s canceled appointment and will certainly not recommend to anyone.

Zero stars. This place is literally the worst place by far that I’ve gone for Botox. I echo the other commenters who said the front desk staff is rude, callous, inefficient, and uncaring. I would guess everyone in this place is that way plus completely inept at their jobs. I have had my appt scheduled for two months now and they send multiple reminders requesting confirmation that I will be there. I show up for my appointment at 12:30 today. First off the receptionist tells me they can’t get Alle to work. She also yells to me from the window about my Botox in a tiny waiting room with five people there – I guess confidentiality isn’t a thing at DTC Medical. Anyway, I use Alle at every place I go for coupons and discounts but apparently their staff can’t handle managing a simple app for the benefit of their customers. As I sit there, I watch a bunch of walk-ins getting called back before me for shots of some sort. Finally at 1:00, I go up to the front desk ask when I will be called back. Normally with Botox at every other place I go, I’m there for about 15 min TOTAL. I’m here on my lunch break which is 30 min so I wasn’t expecting to stay for an hour. The receptionist asks me my name again, mispronounces it, and says there is some issue and they’ll let me know in a few minutes. At 1:10, the other receptionist yells to me and another lady that they didn’t get their shipment of Botox in but we can come back on Thursday. Sorry she says. I told her I’ve sat here for 40 min and your staff just now figured this out?! How?! Why didn’t they know this on Friday?! The inconsiderate treatment and lack of care of any effort to maintain my business is startling, but most especially the complete disrespect for my time and that of other clients. I told her I won’t be back ever and they can delete my file. She said ok have a nice day. There are so many other ways they could have handled this situation and they actively chose the worst one. I honestly hope this place goes out of business. These people do not care one bit about their clients and clearly cannot handle thinking ahead or taking inventory. I’m angry and perplexed they continue to operate this way. It would honestly be easier to do a good job than what they’re doing.

Save your money even the Groupon deal is not worth this Mickey Mouse operation. Snotty reception desk, no communication and rude! There are so many others offices to choose from – do yourself a favor and skip this place. Find a clinic that is actually courteous and polite and professional with their paying patients – this is NOT that place!

My wife came home upset because she purchased a Groupon and was told the 5 refills wouldn’t be discounted anymore because the owner upped the prices. That isn’t right. Don’t offer Groupons if you don’t plan on letting your clients use them the way you are selling them. False advertisement isn’t going to keep loyal customers. The products seem to be working it would be a shame if she has to go somewhere else due to dishonesty! I’ll update the review if the owner makes things right. If not beware of the scam!

My Update: After coming in today for my refill, Daren did not update my account as he said he would to honor my groupon. The girls up front called him and he said he “didnt remember me”. I texted him trying to refresh his memory, but conveniently he never responded. Do not come here. I will finish out my shots and never come back! Go to Denver Medical Weightloss where they are honest. I will be contacting Groupon and any source that will get this scammer exposed!

Awful experience. I went for my first refill and the phentermine cost me 79$. I was told, and per my groupon the pills were suppose to be 49$. They checked my blood pressure, could tel the young lady was not very competent and never mentioned what it was. Took my weight with slippers on , cellphone and keys in hand, asked me to take off my slippers for my height… wow. Then she said you know it’s 79 right? I said 69 what? Then she said the pills are now 79. I explained what the groupon mentioned and she ignored everything and rolled her eyes as she took my debit card I told her not to worry cause I will not come there again.

Please don’t waste your time or money. The staff is being managed by extremely unprofessional and greedy managers. There’s a reason why the staff has such a high turn over. The groupon is a great deal but honestly after that first month they’re just focused on getting as much money out of you as they can! If you’re looking to work here please keep in mind the schedule constantly changes and there is always some kind of rule changing. The managers don’t let any employees have their purses on them and they get written up for having their phones on them. This place diserves no stars I just hope the staff finds good jobs that truly do value them.
